There is a private beach access gate (a key will be provided for your stay). Our private access gate is 2 blocks away (less than a 5-minute walk)!
Personal umbrellas, tents, and canopies are allowed on the beach. For a fee, there is beach service that will provide chair and umbrella rentals.

Parking:
Guests have access to ample parking using the one long driveway, accommodating 2-3 cars. No street parking allowed. Guests do not have access to the garage.
The HOA for this community does not allow parking of any trailers in the driveway. This will result in a $100 fine per day. For a fee, Destin Boat Trailer storage can store your trailer.
Other details to note:
Trash days are every Tuesday and Friday. Please make sure you:
1) Bring the trash can to the street the night before;
2) Return the trash bin back inside after pickup occurs.
If the light is out on the thermostat, a sliding glass door is open/ajar. For the AC to function, all sliders and windows must be closed.
There's electric BBQ grill on the upper deck!
You can dock your boat at our property’s private boat dock. There are a couple of options to launch your boat nearby - Joe's Bayou Boat Ramp or Destin Marina.
Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
