A very large, new, high end, modern, garden level apartment, in the heart of Lower Highlands, Downtown Denver. This bright and airy apartment is 1 bedroom – 1 bathroom. It is perfect for a couple, two singles, business traveler or couple & child.

The Space:
A very large, new, high end, modern, garden level apartment, in the heart of Lower Highlands, Downtown Denver. This bright and airy apartment is 1 bedroom – 1 bathroom. It is perfect for a couple, two singles, business traveler or couple & child. The bath has a shower with double jet heads and bench seat. The bedroom has a luxury king sized bed upgraded with lux cotton sheets, firm and feather king sized pillows. The living room has a massive, deep cushion L shaped queen sofa sleeper, 50” flat screen TV, free WIFI & premium cable TV. Two people can literally stretch out and fall asleep on this super comfy sofa. It’s also perfect for the ultimate movie night after a long day of fun in Denver. Or both!

There is a completely remodeled Euro style kitchenette with a 20” 4 burner stove/oven, under cabinet fridge/freezer and full sized dishwasher. Eat up breakfast bar for two. Full sized dining table that will seat 4. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, silverware and all the kitchen gadgets you would need. A full sized laundry is located in the apartment with a front load washer and dryer. The unit also has A/C which can be rare in Denver.

The best location in Denver! We are walking distance to not one but TWO of the hottest restaurant areas on 32nd street: Highlands Square and Lohi. (google it) Minutes to all the attractions, downtown, Coors Field, Mile High Stadium, museums, breweries, LoDo, the capital, Denver skate park, Sloans lake, you can literally cross over the bridge or jump on the freeway and you're there.

The Neighborhood:
The best location in Denver! We are walking distance to not one but TWO of the hottest restaurant areas on 32nd street: Highlands Square and Lohi. Minutes to all the attractions, downtown, Coors Field, Mile High Stadium, museums, breweries, LoDo, the capital, Union Station, 16th Street Mall, Denver skate park, Sloans lake, you can literally cross over the bridge or jump on the freeway and you're there.

Getting Around:
Public transportation is a breeze from this apartment. There is a bus stop 2 blocks away. A b-ride bicycle rental station. An Uber or Lyft can take you downtown or to the many attractions in the area for $5-$10.

Other Things to Note:
This apartment/home is owned by my parents and I manage it for them. (I'm their daughter) I am an experienced property manager and strive to make your stay perfect. I live across the street which is helpful for any troubleshooting or questions.

Interaction with Guests:
We keep our interaction up to the guests. As little or as much as needed. We are always available to help. The door is keyless so check in is very easy.

Nice walk to LoHi neighborhood
We walked down to where restaurants and bars were. We went to a concert at the Holiday theater that we walked about 5-7 min. to. We felt central to many other destinations, easy to get to them. It was a quick drive after the Rockies game, maybe 10 min.

Property was great and as listed. Small, little apartmemt had everything you could need for a short relaxing getaway. Majority of restaurants and popular downtown areas are a quick uber drive away (less than 10 minutes). Property Owners were quickly responsive and willing to give recommendations regarding your interests for local hotspots. Highly recommend this superb rental property.

Great Spot to See Denver and the Front Range
This is a cute little spot. Clean on arrival and all amenities for one to two people were readily available. Reaching the manager (who lives upstairs) was easy via text and they troubleshot our TV issue immediately. Bed was comfortable, couch is great, and it wasn't too far of a walk to a few restaurants- one being a great breakfast place, by the way. Unfortunately, we had to check out 2 nights early to beat the big snowstorm that came into town, but our one night there was fine. I would recommend to single or couple travelers.

We loved our space. We are new grandparents and so decided to stay for 10 days and couldn't stay at our kids place. This was perfect - kitchen we could cook in, lots of space to work - enough place for our clothes - great TV - very comfortable. Newly refurbished. Easy parking and in/out. Loved the location. And, our host was very responsive. We will definitely come back.

Cute apt! Great area.
We had a wonderful stay and great communication through the whole process. The apartment is quiet, clean and the bed is fantastic! I honestly can’t say enough about how comfy the bed and pillows are - so rare when traveling. It was also a really nice touch having a brita available. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to many restaurants in the Highland and West Highland area. Highly recommend: Fox and the Hen, duo, Spuntino and be sure to check out the farmers market on Sundays in West Highland. Would highly recommend. The only thing I can say to add is full length mirror behind one of the closets would be great.

Roomy space for a couple. The sectional was nice to rest on in between outings. The bed was so comfy and giant (king size). Parking on the street was easy. We could usually find parking on the same street in front of the house or just around the corner. The location was a short driving distance to downtown. Idk if I would describe it as walkable to many restaurants and shopping unless you like long walks. The bathroom was nice, though the shower was small. The kitchen was good and had basic coffee, creamer, salt, pepper, etc. The coffee maker was sitting on a really wet towel upon arrival. Not sure why, but we just removed the wet towel and put a paper towel down to dry up any remaining water. Also, you can definitely hear the footsteps from above. We didn't hang out too much in the apartment though so this is better for couples who just want a place to crash or rest between outings.
