Remodeled Historic 2Bed 2Bath House in the heart of the Hospital District
This property is NO SMOKING or Drug Use of any kind, inside or outside. Please do not apply if you plan to smoke or use drugs of any type.
Walking distance to some of the best restaurants on 17th Ave Restaurant Row. Central Location walkable to Downtown, Hospital District, and City Park. The backyard is a fully enclosed and totally private secret garden sanctuary with a gas fire pit, gas grill, koi pond, and multiple seating areas.
The front bedroom has a very comfortable futon bed or can be used as an office with a computer station. Gigabit Internet is available throughout the whole house and backyard.
There is a full bathroom off the kitchen with a Jetted shower/tub. The rear bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower only. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove/oven and a convection oven combo microwave. There is a fully automatic Espresso machine to make the perfect cappuccino. A Washer, Dryer, and ironing station are in the utility room off the kitchen.
There is room for at least two (three is possible) cars to park in private off-street spots at rear of the house.

A nice property
A comfortable house in a convenient location. Owner was friendly and responsive to questions. Garden was flowering and it was fun to feed the koi.

Property is older but very updated inside. Kitchen was amazing. Great location close to everything we needed. Very easy to get in touch with property manager.

Charming house!
This is a beautifully remodeled house just off 17th Ave, very well appointed and comfortable.
Located within walking distance to many great restaurants, breakfast spots, breweries and bars, this a great area to explore. City Park, the Botanic Garden, and the Denver Zoo are close by and worth exploring.
The host was responsive and helpful during our stay; we can't wait to return!
