"Thank goodness the property lived up to the hype (with so many 10/10 ratings) because it was unusually rainy throughout our stay. Despite that, we had a great time! The house is impeccable, the views were amazing, and they had lots of puzzles, books and games for us to borrow. They did not forget a thing! We did get one nice beach day, and they provided towels and chairs as well. They thought of everything!!"

The beach is exactly one mile away, Torrey Pines hiking trails about 1.5 miles, and the Torrey Pines Extension trails just half a mile away - with beautiful sunset vistas. Plus, Starbucks is 1.5 miles away. Enjoyed stunning sunsets on the beach and plenty of hiking. Shopping and great eats in Del Mar just.a short few mile car trip away. Beautiful accommodations in a great spot!"

"This place was everything it was advertised to be. My wife and I came down from the Pacific Northwest to get away from work and everything else going on in our lives and we left here completely relaxed and refreshed. We absolutely did not want to leave, but life goes on. Great views and great amenities in a great townhome community. Would definitely recommend this to anyone and would definitely stay here again. Tracy was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. "

"Carol and Paul were excellent hosts. They went out of their way to help us in many ways, which we appreciated, as we were new to the area.The unit was also well-equipped. The location was very walkable to coffee, a few restaurants and, though a bit farther, to the central area of Del Mar and its amenities. And still it was near enough to the rest of San Diego. We would definitely stay there again."

"In Del Mar all of August. Never got above 76° because we were so close to the ocean. Condo is 5 or 6 minute walk to the shore. From there about 10 minutes south to Torrey Pines state beach, or 15 minutes north to Del Mar beach. Condo has a view of the water from the patio. There’s a good size swimming pool, and a fitness room. Joelle, our hostess, was outstanding and responsive, but we didn’t need her much because the condo had everything we needed. Nevertheless, she checked on us regularly....

"This was a clean and nice room in an outstanding location. The surrounding grounds are excellent as well, with lots of things within walking distance. The only downside is that it is below the ground floor without a window that provides airflow. As a result, the room is a bit stuffy and can be warm, and the AC is not very strong. This would probably only be a problem during summer, but was an issue for me."

"Condo was nice. It was clean. Very quiet space except when you could hear neighbors upstairs and doors creaking loudly. Location ok. It did rain quite a bit while there so did limit us on what we could do or walk to around us. Beach close but “downtown” Del Mar not. Way more driving needed than expected. It was also cold and heater inside didn’t really heat whole space. Just bedroom it was in. A bit of a musty sewer smell in bathroom when we arrived and either went away or got used to it. Place...
