There’s those silly people who put towels on loungers all day even though they didn’t arrive till early evening this affected our first day as there was lots free but with towels on them. "The apartment was very modern set out very well with great quality furniture and beds. The roof top are setting was amazing and brilliant seating area and sun beds. Good modern kitchen. The grounds has three pools and even in winter one of them is heated. Also a gym on site. Right next to the taxi rank and supermarkets. Several local beaches all walkable with different settings. Lots of restaurants to chose from locally just explore. The communication was excellent from the letting....

"A lovely villa! Brilliant communication with the owners prior to & throughout the stay. Fabulous rooftop solarium with hot tub. i loved the plunge pool, but it doesn't get much sun & was too cold for my husband! The hot tub more than made up for it! "I booked the apartment for my sons 12 & 31. The accommodation was great. The air conditioning was very much needed! The place is kitted out with everything you need for a holiday. The kitchen has cutlery pot, pans, kettle glasses, bottle opener’s etc. the washing machine came in very handy, and the balcony was lovely to sit out and enjoy. Both bathrooms have nice big showers. "This well stocked small villa provided a great base for Cala Capitan beach, coastal walks or the main “strip” for the restaurants and bars. 5 minutes walk to the beach and 20 minutes to the strip. The short walk to the beach does require you to walk along a trail that a previous review found difficult - it is a bit like a cart track at certain points, so you do need to be steady on your feet - we carried the beach chair included in the Villa without any issues. "It’s a decent well priced hotel for a mid February stay.
