A newly renovated, cape cod house in Dayton. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Three rooms with queen beds, one bathroom with newly tiled tub, spacious living areas with beautifully designed kitchen.

It's located close to Wright Patt Airforce Base, Nutter Center, Wright State University, Downtown Dayton.

PLEASE READ: There is a small apartment attached to the back of the house. Spaces/entrances/parking are separated completely.

Not exactly what I expected
It was easy to work with our host. Details to get check-in & out…as well as details for wifi etc. The actual home was the ok. The stairs were a little scary - felt soft /they’re old - so not too surprising.
