"Generally the hotel was a good choice; great location, nice size room, clean hotel. Unfortunately our check in process wasnt great. The gentleman who checked us in was not very welcoming nor did he talk us through the hotel such as where the lifts were, the breakfast and restaurant options, the 247 drop in shop. He asked if we wanted to put a deposit down without explaining why we may need to. And when i enquired his response was "its either a yes or no" i decided no and then asked about the...

"This is where I will stay whenever I go to Vienna. The hotel is beautiful, it's the perfect mix of old and new. The staff so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, almost everything is walking distance. I couldn't love this hotel any more than I do!"

"While the location and property itself is fine, it is in a high standard with artsy feel there is one major shortcoming. Apparently hotel has this weird “policy” whereby they assume guests do not want room cleaned (for staying more than one night) unless they inform the staff they wanted room cleaned or put a “sign” on the door saying you want room cleaned. The front desk agent was not sympathetic and did not understand how ridiculous the policy is. I’m surprised other guests did not mention...
