This property is ok but service was not on par with expectation. One full day we were without water to the cabin. A tree fell and blocked cabin passage and bringing luggage out was difficult and without staff help. Being a remote place having a tools to take care of wind damage should be a lodge priority. Dinner menu was a single dish (no options). Breakfast was good.

Not good. The water stopped working on the day I got there and none of the guests were given notice of this so that we could find another hotel. I only got a hot shower one day. The heating system is old. Would not recommend.

I have 2 complaints. 1. This lodge is not in the correct location on the Expedia map. 2. Although I had a confirmation code, they were not expecting me. The lodge is quite a bit out of town, which is not what I wanted or expected. However, the staff and the beauty of the accommodations made up for my 2 criticisms.

Nos quedamos en Calafate Lodge Patagonia y fue una experiencia increíble. Desde el momento en que llegamos, la atención fue impecable. Nada que decir de nuestra habitación, super cómoda y calentita, además, súper limpio todo. Recomiendo mucho este lugar para descansar y desconectarse!!

Disfrutamos nuestra estadía… sin duda volveremos!! Nos esperaban, Felipe muy buen anfitrión, nos contó de la zona y a los lugares que teníamos que conocer. Mientras descansábamos pudimos ver pájaros carpinteros desde la ventana. Personal atento. Increíble el hotel!
