Claudia was helpful. They have much difficulty with English, here. We needed our AC unit turned down because it was so cold, and they turned it off. We could never seem to explain we needed it turned back on, but at a more comfortable temperature. Be aware that if you stay here, you may have some communication issues that will effect your comfort. Breakfast was okay.

I have no complaints about the Camino Real. It is a gem. Antigua is a fun and busy little pueblo with lots to see and do. Helpful staff and locals.
