« Last minute, we grabbed this place to extend our stay on Útila and WOW….we got lucky. Very well appointed kitchen allowed us to cook some gourmet meals. Only matters to chefs but…great knives and sharp..with a quality sharpener! The bed was very comfy, bathroom had a bidet! Wonderful view and sounds of the ocean crashing in front of our eyes. « I would rate the property wey good the shower head didn’t work so we had to take bird baths. Without a vehicle it would have been difficult and parking was a little challenging. The host was very pleasant and overall the property was very nice. Overall I had Avery good stay. »

« The property was clean and very well stocked. The property managers were outstanding! They helped us with anything we needed & answered all of our questions efficiently! The property had a spectacular view. We were close enough to get to town when needed, but far enough away where we had peace and quiet! »

« The property was very nice. the view from the roof top terrace was killer. the communication was a little slow with but he did answer. Some things such as wifi how to access some of the amenities should have been sent before check in. I had to buy batteries for the remote controls for the televisions. There was plenty of places within the neighborhood that was easy to walk to. The real draw back was no HOT water. I like to take a hot shower and the water was cold to cool at best. other than that...
