"We stayed for one night as we previously had a day trip last year and loved the area, so thought we would return for a night away! Fantastic location ! Right on the main high st but only a stone throw from the beach too so we will definitely return in the summer next year! The room was really comfortable and the breakfast included was perfect! All the staff were so lovely that we not look anywhere else and definitely stay here again next year ! Thank you for a fabulous stay . "

Quiet location, parking appears limited at first sight but the hotel will tell you where you can park if you arrive when the restaurant is busy. Staff all very friendly, welcoming and professional. Bedroom is by some standards "neat" but comfortable and clean. It is obvious that the owners are hands on and want to build and maintain a good reputation. "The house is large and comfortable with abundant hot water and all necessary amenities. Within walking distance or a short car ride to restaurants and a 30 min drive to Ypres and WW1 sites. Owner was helpful and relaxed about the house and we had a lovely stay. Very happy with the house and location overall."
