The family room and open kitchen are upstairs covered by tall ceilings and balconies both in front and in back. The kitchen is fully stocked and offers granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy dining for 6 with additional 3 at the breakfast bar. The king primary suite is located off the living area. The primary bath has granite countertops with a double vanity sink. Immerse yourself in the large soaker tub. The guest bedrooms are on the first floor. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and bunk bed with twin over full. For additional sleeping enjoy the queen sleeper sofa. - Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pets under 30lbs are welcome. No large dogs. Pet fees are an additional $25.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
