Little Rose Cottage is walking distance to downtown Rockport (shopping) and for the fishermen walking distance to a free city fishing jetty. The cottage sleeps 4 very comfortably with cozy comfortable beds, internet, tv, over bed reading lights , BBQ ,etc. You will enjoy the attached patio area(under a huge shade tree & patio lights) for afternoon happy hour and evening cook outs. Approximately 1mile from the beach!

Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and a great location. Had a great time and had everything we needed at the cottage. Cute little figurine on the bathroom shelf. Laughed every time I went in there!!!

We had a super time at the Little Rose Cottage relaxing and fishing. Even on the rainy days, we worked a couple puzzles and explored the area. Would highly recommend this quaint cottage equipped with comfort.

Great place!!
Nice and quiet neighborhood with great neighbours. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the kids loved how close we were to the water. We did have a few items stop working, being that we stayed there for 7 weeks, but the neighbor fixed them immediately. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you again for allowing us to book your place.

The Little Rose Cottage is a sweet place with lots of access to the town of Rockport and surrounding beaches. Tommy was very accommodating and helpful. The place was clean and comfy. Thanks for the fun trip!

Perfect location!!
This cottage is exactly as described and in the most perfect location in Rockport. You are 2 blocks from the ocean and close walking distance to downtown. The house is well equipped with everything you need. The host is exceptionally responsive and accommodating. We had an unexpected travel delay and the welcome package left by the host was greatly appreciated after an extremely long day. We travel to Rockport a couple of times a year to visit family and this cottage will definitely be on our list of places to stay in the future!

If you want to stay in a filthy house stay here
If you like a house that smells like a dog, window that doesn’t lock, quilt that is black from filth, door that has 3 locks, dishes that are not washed, shower/tub that is rusted this is the house for you. We were to stay a mo but stayed 1 week as I had a terrible allergy attack from the condition of the house. The owners denied it all. But we took pictures. I hope no one has to go through what we did. Very rude owner. Thanks VRBO for the dump you promote!

Loved this cozy house! Close to everything, beds comfortable, able to back our 22’ boat in driveway and close gate. Especially loved the restaurant recommendations! We visited a few of them! Enjoyed all of the comforts of home. Neighbors were very friendly 😊

House was as advertised and was perfect for our family of 3. Host responded timely to messages and recommends a lot of restaurants that were excellent places to eat. Was within walking distance to shops and maybe a mile from Rockport Beach.

Rose Cottage
This listing is an adorable cottage near the heart of the Historical District of Rockport and two blocks from Water St. for walks along the bay. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, especially the beds. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We also enjoyed sitting in the backyard watching the woodpeckers make a home in a palm tree. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Cute House in Great Location
Tommy provides a quiet and affordable retreat for those just looking to get away and relax. The house is super cute and comfortable, and close to anything you want to do in town. It is only a few blocks away from the water if you want to take a nice walk. The outside patio area is awesome to just sit back and hang out on. The only negative is that the house could be a little cleaner. Otherwise, we really had a great time at Little Rose Cottage!

Great house!! We had a blast and they even provided bicycles for us to ride to the beach. We loved our stay, the property owner is so accommodating and prompt, great location close to the beach and downtown. We will definitely be back!

Great location to the beach, shopping, restaurants...anything you would need. The bed was awesomely comfortable after our host brought in a brand new mattress. Plenty of room, convenient kitchen, anything you would need for a great getaway.

Nice place. Perfect for two. Needs a deep clean after a summer full of guests. Queen mattress is well over used. Needs desperately to be replaced. Good location. Awesome fish market with in blocks. Nice neighbors who watch after the place. Walking distance to the downtown shopping/Resturant district.

Super duper stay!
The Little Rose Cottage is very comfy & cute. We loved it! It is located in a perfect place ... close to downtown and the beach. We attended the Hummingbird Festival so we could run around looking at the hummers around town - eat at the local restaurants and go site seeing. Great hosts! We'll stay there again!
