Nice place but needs so things fixed.
Overall, the condo was clean and nice. A few issues we noticed that were concerning for us with small children (hence the 3 rating). One of the spindles is broken on the back patio is broken and definitely something a child could squeeze through. The chairs on the patio are past their useful life, it felt risky to sit in them without having them break. The kitchen light is burned out but the ceiling fan worked. While nice they provided laundry pods, they were left on top of the washing machine where a child could access and in a zip lock bag. It wasn’t until we were leaving that we found the plug for the tub. It was tucked between the shower curtain and liner. As such, we couldn’t bathe our toddlers. The toilet seat is broken on one side. The secondary deadbolt inside the unit does not work. The emergency exit for the unit does not match the layout. Lastly, not necessarily the units issue but more a complex issue. The front railing outside the unit is not stable. He leaned into it and felt like it would give way. Would I stay here again, yes. Just has minor things that could easily be corrected to make it 5 stars.

Overall good with minor issues none of which were important. For the cost well worth it. Some dust on a half wall in bedroom. Clock over the TV stopped. Layout depicted on emergency exit directions does not match apartment layout. No drip coffee maker. Torn screen on patio door.

Quick beach trip
Overall the stay wasn’t bad. We had just about everything we needed for the stay. Plenty of towels, toiletries items, kitchen items, etc. Also convenient to the beach and other places we went. I would have liked more blankets for the night and all that was available were thin blankets.

Quick getaway solo run
This was spur of the moment since the wifey went on girls trip this weekend i decided to take a solo vaca to corpus found this little gem condo.its perfect for one person definitely 2 not really any more than that. The room itself is clean and has everything you need some of the light fixtures need tighting and the front door sticks no tv in the bedroom but don't really need one since i was outside all day. Otherwise it was perfect for a solo run great location for couples bars restaurants things to do all close by. Definitely will go back and rent from vascasa again.

Clean & Quiet
On arriving found closet doors broken & unable to access closet to hang up clothes, and there was no parking permit permit found. I contacted Vacasa immediately to report both issues, received multiple messages telling me where the parking permits were supposed to be located. From 4pm Sunday until after 12:30 pm Monday no meaningful response, but finally staff brought me the permit needed so I wouldn’t get towed. She also worked diligently to remove the housekeeping supplies & unjam the closet doors enough so I could access enough of the closet to hang up clothes, which I appreciated due to being told she didn’t know when they could get someone to actually fix the doors. Not a great start to the week, but I must say I found the condo very clean & quiet. Also appreciated the elevator & luggage carts for ease checking in & out. Nice balcony overlooking pool & canal. Everything was in good working order except the front door VERY hard to open & close. I would probably stay here again as it was also close to everything and so quiet it was like I had the building to myself.

Pleasantly Surprised
This was a last minute booking for us and while we've been going to N. Padre Island for many years, we've never stayed in this particular area. We weren't expecting much just hoping for a quick getaway. We ended up being VERY pleasantly surprised! It was very clean and spacious for a 1 bedroom. The pool was super clean and we loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the water. One night we picked up pizza and ate dinner on the table down by the water. We made breakfast every morning and the kitchen had everything we needed. Vacasa did a great job with communication- we have had issues with other condos on the island, so it was much appreciated. We will be back!

Very clean and cozy
We were very happy with our stay. The place was really clean and cozy, decor was cute and the place wasn’t cluttered at all. The location was great close to the beach. The pool and fishing at the condo was a great amenity. The host was very responsive. We would go back again for sure.
