Located in the Bayhouse community, this 2BR/2BA offers upscale comfort near the best of Rockport! The enviable location across the street from the bay keeps you close to a marina and several popular restaurants. For a sun-kissed day on the sand, it’s a short drive from your rental to Rockport Beach. Dip in the sparkling on-site pool after your adventures. Fully remodeled, this condo boasts stylish beach decor and comfy furnishings. A plethora of windows provide an abundance of natural light.

Start the day with morning coffee on your private balcony, outfitted with Adirondack chairs and a gas grill. Take in lovely views of the canal and pool. Gather in the living area, settle into plush furnishings, and stream favorite shows on the smart TV. Home chefs will be delighted to find stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen. As dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar. The charming dining space is perfect for festive meals. When you're ready for a refreshing dip, head down to the pool area, where you’ll find ample chaise lounge seating surrounding a 5’ deep pool, open year-round. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi and an in-unit washer/dryer.

This single-level condo sleeps eight guests between two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The main bedroom holds a king-size bed and a TV. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is outfitted with a TV and a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin-size trundle. An adjacent bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Located across the street from the bay, you’ll enjoy easy access to prime fishing spots and convenient boat rentals. Popular spots within a 1-mile drive include Bellino’s Italian Restaurant, BenchWarmers, Charlotte Plummer, and for nature's beauty, Tule Creek Hike and Bike Trail. When you’re ready for a beach day, Rockport Beach is a 2-mile drive away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We had a great stay in Rockport. The location was great. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. And it was walking distance to a great Tapas restaurant called Gabriella’s. Would definitely rent again.

A month in Rockport Texas
The condo was ready and waiting and looked exactly like the photos on the website. A little hiccup with having the water turned on as it had been shut off in Jan for a freeze. Once they knew the problem it took only half hour for someone to arrive and turn the water on. WE enjoyed Rockport, the Rockport Beach, like being close to beaches at Port Aransas . Love shopping downtown Rockport art district. Great Art Gallery. several good restaurants. Being there a month would have been nice to have a vacuum cleaner or swifter rather than just a broom. The fridge leaked and finally got it fixed 3rd week in. Long drive but very worth the trip.

Stunning place
My wife and I spent a week in Rockport. Our first time in Texas. We were there to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary. We were thrilled to stay at this condo. It was a beautiful condo. Everything that you would need, was supplied. Everything was in working order and easy to use. However, what I think impressed us the most was how it was decorated. The colours of the walls and furniture, were very soothing to the eyes. The attention to detail for all the wall decorations, lights and other decor was incredible. The pictures do not do this place justice. We had an incredible trip to Rockport, that was capped off by staying here. If we return to Rockport, we would absolutely love to stay here again.

Lots of towels, good appliances, good assortment of plates and pots, etc. We were surprised by the Kuerig coffee maker and would have liked to have known that as we didn't have any pods before arriving. Very kid friendly as large tvs in both bedrooms and living area. Overall enjoyable. No icemaker. Would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect and the view was great! The whole complex was redoing the landscaping, so it wasn’t ideal for our dog. It would have been nice to know. We loved the mattress in the master bedroom and would love to know what brand it is!

Great location. Bright and open. Beds were comfortable but there were some stickers in one of them along with in some towels. Very close to pool and nice open area on the canals. Balcony has very relaxing views! No ice maker or regular coffee maker but would definitely rent here again!

Beautiful family friendly property in a beautiful community
Beautiful home, nice patio overlooking the pool and bay. Parking for two right out the front door. Plenty of sleeping room for everyone. Dryer is a little slow and needs to be ran another 1/2 time to get your clothes dry. There is a tennis court also in the community that can be used while you’re staying there. Close distance to the beach, shops, big box stores, and the supermarket. The neighbors we met while there were friendly and looking to chat. There was every kitchen gadget you could imagine. Some toiletries (and spices) provided. Great property management too.

We enjoyed the view of canoe lake at sundown from our porch, and the walks to bird watching at Tule Marsh / Tule Park East. The vocation rental had everything we needed.
