This townhouse is on 11th Street which is THE place to stay when visiting Port A for a great vacation! It's in the golf cart zone, meaning you can walk to the beach in about 10 minutes, drive a cart, ride a bike or take your car and have your feet in the sand within 2-3 minutes!!
Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking.
19th Wave Townhouse is an end condo, meaning it's one of the best units in this complex! You will have windows on all 3 sides. You are so close to the beach that you can hear the waves and feel the sea breeze on the front and back balconies!
The community pool is for guest use as well! It's located just a few doors down from 19th Wave.
Open the door to 19th Wave to find a half bath downstairs, along with an oversized living space with 4 living room chairs and a comfortable sofa. Ample relaxing space for 8 people.
The kitchen and dining area are also on the first floor. The kitchen is well stocked for everything you'll need to prep, cook, serve and dine for 8 people comfortably.
Upstairs, you'll find 3 bedrooms: 1 king with en suite bathroom, 1 large walk in closet and this space has entry to the back balcony, complete with privacy and party lights! The 2nd king bedroom also offers a private en suite bathroom and large closet. The 3rd bedroom offers 2 bunk beds, twin over twin style, so 4 beds with another en suite bathroom and walk in closet. The 2nd floor also offers the full-size washer and dryer for guest use.
The front balcony is just off the bunk room and stair well and although it doesn't have a dune view from the balcony, it's fun for sitting, chatting, feeling the sea breeze and waving at the neighbors! The tower does have an installed ladder to the top where you can take in an ocean view but there is no seating there. We ask that no children go up to the tower and all adults be extremely careful going up and down.
Guests love this complex for its location, pool and the large space for everyone to feel comfortable! 19th Wave truly is the best townhouse in the complex!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
