Escape to our beautiful coastal cottage in Corolla! Experience OBX life as you listen to the waves, unwind and de-stress.

Our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage offers the perfect combination of comfort and coastal style. Whether you're looking to relax and unwind or explore all that Corolla has to offer, our property has you covered. you'll be a short 3min walk to the beach and can bring your dog! Cool off in the large heated community pool in the community, or explore the Corolla Light town center and historic areas. You'll have access to a variety of shopping, restaurants, and attractions, making it easy to enjoy all that the area has to offer. At our place, you'll have the best of both worlds - a relaxing retreat and easy access to all the action!

Quaint, quiet, and clean
Scott is a wonderful host and his property is perfect. It was neat and clean, well furnished, and in an excellent location. Everything you may need during your visit is walkable - we loved being able to park our car and not touch it for the rest of the trip.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Awesome Vacation!
Our stay was perfect! The condo was very clean, close to the beach, and close to the park across the street! Everything was very easy to walk to, including the beach, even with an almost one year old! The condo was very baby/toddler friendly and the complex was very quiet! We will definitely stay here again if we come to the outer banks!

Perfectly Perfect!
The place was perfect for my husband and I to make a long weekend trip to Corolla! Love the location! It was the little things that really made it extra special….coffee pods, cream/sugar, laundry pods, soaps,etc!! We will definitely stay again….and hope to bring our pups next time. They love the beach more than us!!

My family and I have been going to OBX for 15+ years and have stayed at a bunch of different places. This condo is updated, clean and have the perfect accommodations that we were looking for. Close enough to the beach while having multiple activities/attractions in walking distance!

Beautiful OBX
The accommodation was wonderful, clean and quiet. The nearby lighthouse, park and beaches all very conveniently sorted . The only negatives were the beach cart needs to be replaced and the listing corrected to explain exactly what dates the pool would be open and heated. Other than that, it was very pleasant. Thank you.

These little condos are perfect for our small family. Very close walk to the beach. It was great having towels and beach chairs etc available for us to use. Modern and stylish. Other units are still under construction so there’s a bit of a mess outside but unit was great. Pool very nice

Adorable two bedroom home in Corolla
We had an amazing stay in this two bedroom, two bath home. Very clean with perfect decor throughout. The home was stocked with everything we could have needed during our stay. Beautiful, fully stocked kitchen with lots of space to prep and cook meals. King beds were comfy and cozy. Great location as well. We were a quick walk to the beach and just on the other side of the community, another quick walk to some amazing restaurants and shops. Perfect vacation spot for our family of three! Dogs being welcome was definitely a bonus as well!! Thank you for the wonderful stay!!

So beautiful
This is a new and upcoming community. Everything was very clean, easy and convenient! Super short walk to the beach, light house, shops and some eateries. Hardly ever a reason to get in the car and leave the area!!.The owners are readily available for anything, which was very encouraging. I highly recommend this space !!

A perfect stay!
This property was perfect for our family of 6. It’s a beautiful place and has everything you’ll need for a terrific beach getaway. The pool is great and Scott recommended we rent a cabana during our stay and so glad we did! We went for 4th of July which I highly recommend. You can literally see the fireworks from right outside the unit or if you want front row seats the park across the street is the place to be. Scott was extremely helpful and responsive which helped make our first time to the OBX such a wonderful experience. Especially during a holiday. The beach is lovely and just a short walk. My family and I really appreciated the place came with stuff for us to use on the beach and a wagon to carry it all. Little touches like that just makes things stress free. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Great Location in Corolla
Very convenient location with a few restaurants within easy walking distance. Easy walk to the beach and just a short drive to the vehicle entrance to drive in the beach. The condo is new, clean and in great shape. One of the nicer homes I have stayed in.

We loved our stay here and will come back! It is an easy and short walk to the pool or beach and near restaurants, shops and a playground. It could benefit from a deep clean (shower and bedding), but overall this would not stop us from booking again.

Relaxing week at the beach!
We had a great week! Clean condo stocked with all the essentials and spacious kitchen. Barely used the car while during our stay as the beach, pool, water sports, and wild horse tour is all within walking distance. A cute beach bar right on site as well. The host Scott happily responded to messages within minutes. Would recommend and plan on retuning next summer.

Great condo, great host, great location!
From the time we booked to after we checked out, Scott was so responsive and kind. He was quick to answer questions and checked in with us throughout. The condo was in a GREAT location ~ a 2 minute walk to beach access! There was a ramp and stairs to get to the beach, which isn't always the case with other rentals. It was a new build, had modern decor, and was clean and welcoming. Loved it! I would definitely stay here again and recommend this rental and working with Scott to all guests. 5 stars across the board! Thank you!
