Brilliant stay in a lovely hotel. Superb location. Really helpful staff. Room was fabulous (apart from the view of a staircase😳). But loved our stay.

Beautiful seaside resort. Excellent value too, close to Dublin airport.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and having access to the spa and facilities made it worth it.

Very nice property with modern rooms and appliances. Very minimalist clever design for storage usage. The property is in the heart of the Grafton area so it’s close to just about everything. There is a lot of traffic until later in the evening and people on staff were very helpful. THE STUDIOS ARE VERY HARD TO FIND. But if you find the Bruxelles pub, and stand next to the Phil Lynott statue, turn around and look directly across the street it is right next to McDaid’s pub on the left hand side is a door into the studios. Of course the door does not Say Grafton St., Studios, it took us half an hour to figure out how to get in the door and which door it was. We finally called and they told us to look for the door that says “CITYBREAK APARTMENTS “. That’s the entry. Do not be concerned that this is such a high traffic and noisy area. The studios have air-conditioning and double pane windows that shut out virtually all the sound. This was very nice.

Great hotel and very nice rooms, beds are very comfortable. The staff were not the best - they will kick you out if you eat any food in the lobby, complimentary water bottles in room which is great, but if you need more they won’t give you any and there’s no way to buy more.
