Upon arrival, I asked about towels in the room. The front desk manager said, "there's 3 in there already". I informed him we are a family of 4 with 2 young children (which i was required to input their ages). The manager came back with 1 extra "set" of towels. When we got into the room, I realized we would need 2 more regular towels for my hair and the floor. When I returned to the desk and requested this, first I was told there were only little hand towels left. I said that was fine and re-stated why we had a need. The manager walked through the door behind the desk and made zero attempt to hide his anger for my towel request as he loudly exclaimed, "Jesus Christ!" I apologized for putting him out, said we just drove 10 hours and have a funeral in the morning. The rudest 'manager' ever. I was extremely polite and all I needed was some towels. And judging by the near empty parking lot outside, it would seem there should be plenty available. And the room? Disgusting. So sketchy we arent sleeping under covers or putting things on the floor. The "complimentary coffee pot" has enough dust and grime on it to scare a teenage boy. Bathroom vents filled with crud and dust. Comforters are stained. Bathroom floor dirty. Toilet paper was open and already half-used. They left it from the previous guest. Disgusting. I will never stay at one again.
