« Booked a few months in advance and Ariel was very helpful and responsive. The house is around 5 mins close to many fast food restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, a train station, etc. There was an abundant of necessitys provided, I really appreciated the small touches like every dish and cooking utensil you could think of even basic cooking or baking supplies, extra blankets, bathroom supplies, a pullout bed, tv's with wife, the theatre plus a nitendo switch! A washer & dryer and soap!...

« Returned to Cooperstown for a reunion of friends who spent summers on the lake. The Boathouse was the perfect spot to stay - convenient to town, super comfortable, tremendous views, friendly and helpful owners. Highly recommended! »

« I understood I was renting an older house that wasn’t updated. I did not expect it to be as unclean as it was. And there is still work to do to fix cracked tiles, unattached sinks, falling off shower doors and etc. »

« The house was clean and well set up. Everybody had a comfortable room and plenty of bathrooms which is a huge plus. Very well located to attractions you would be going to in the area. The host was very quick to respond and communicated well. Definitely recommend for families or groups to stay together. We like the bird theme through out the house also. »

« The house and location was great. Kitchen is awesome, living room really comfortable and cozy. Bedrooms nice, comfortable, do the job. Bathroom more than adequate. Heat in house easy to control and very effective. Location between Utica/New Hartford and Cooperstown is perfect. Smart TV with apps and access to streaming services is very much appreciated. Found the Wi-Fi to be very reliable, even when streaming live TV. Will definitely stay again, looking forward to returning next year!! »

« For families attending the Cooperstown baseball tournament, this home was perfect. It is a few minutes away from the park, had several beds for the boys and just a very cozy and warm environment. The beds were extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this home! »
