« Just kidding on the title. Our host, Polly Letofsky, is the ultimate on what a Vrbo host should be. We were very comfortable inside and out. Room temperatures were perfect. Kitchen, living room and bedrooms were a great fit. Washer and dryer very accommodating. We loved sitting outside in Polly's lovely backyard. Very fun, clever graffiti on the fences. We sure hope to come back again soon! »

« Roomy. Great location for our purposes. Nice neighborhood. As mentioned in other reviews, this property would benefit from attention to maintenance (both indoor and outdoor.) Be particularly careful of certain floor vent covers (LR and DR) which are not secure and the spikey weeds in the yard. »

« We were in a great part of town with tons of stuff to do around us, very quiet area with a bunch of really nice people around. The artwork on the walls was really cool and I could get lost in it for hours. Overall a very enjoyable stay and definitely will be back again! »

« Location is a mile from I70, Starbucks, grocery and everywhere. Had a great Thanksgiving get together for 11 of us. Bedrooms for everyone! Great open space for everyone to be at the table. Grandkids and adults loved the games. Backyard was not used as it was covered in leaves but it snowed in the last few days anyway. Overall great choice. »

« We had a wonderful time at this property. The location was great and everything we had planned was fairly close by. The property had everything you could possibly need and felt very comfortable to be in. The only downside was this unit is right off a main road, and the noise from the cars could be heard occasionally, but it was never unbearable. We definitely plan to stay in the future! »

« We went for a girls weekend to a red rock concert. Excellent location only about 15 minute drive to the concert. Property was clean and well maintained. Joe was responsive within minutes when we needed to communicate with him. Would definitely stay there again. Only thing I noticed was I thought the listing said there were hair dryers so we didn’t pack any and I couldn’t find one. Otherwise everything we needed for kitchen and such was there. »

« Rustic cabin with everything we needed. We chose this rental for its location on Bear Creek just outside of downtown Evergreen. The bed was nice; a bit on the firm side. Sheets and bedding were clean and comfortable. We bought wood for a nice fire in the fireplace after spending a cool evening enjoying our dinner and wine on the patio next to Bear Creek.
