"My husband and I had an amazing time at the resort, Couples Tower Isle. The food was excellent and always available. There were always plenty of bartenders ready to make lots of drinks. We especially enjoyed the Island. Not sure if it would be our thing, but ended up spending the majority of our time there. We even canceled an afternoon catamaran/booze cruise to spend more time there. Room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and the resort was immaculately maintained. We've already promised each other that we're going back. "

"I arrived a day early to Jamaica for a wedding and needed a place to stay for the night. I’m always looking for a great deal but try to find something local and safe. I read reviews so I know how important they are. I was skeptical of the price because normally it means the place is dirty or unsafe. The Villa Sonate is neither! Upon arriving I immediately noticed that it was a gated property with a security guard that verified my reservation before escorting me to the front desk where I was welcomed by Jo and another lovely woman who checked me in. The check in process was simple and I was able to pay by credit card without any hassle. I was then given a welcome drink which I think was a mango smoothie which was delicious. I was shown to my room which had its own private covered balcony with a gate I was unaware that dinner Was an option when booking through Expedia and I did not want to explore the area because I was extremely tired. I was told dinner reservations needed to be booked in advance, however Jo reached out to the cook and were able to provide a beautiful dinner. I had the mixed chicken and fish plate with rice and vegetables. It was absolutely delicious and the vegetable were magnificent. My room was very clean spacious and had everything I needed. The TV had Netflix and the Wi-Fi was reliable across the property. There were not many people staying at the villa, so it did feel like I was being catered to as a special guest, which felt great. Great place! Thx!!!"

"My stay was well spent at Golfview. I have absolutely no regrets making this choice. The place has a "homey" feel to it. I needed a place that is clean, felt safe and comfortable with a great ambiance. Golfview provided all of the above with the added benefit of a great lounge to hang out and have a drink or to eat sumptuous meals on evenings along with and excellent complimentary breakfast choices on mornings. I highly recommend Golfview Hotel in Mandeville for your vacation while in Jamaica regardless of length of stay. Above all else, the hotel is very much affordable for the array of benefits that are provided. Looking forward to a return soon. Big up to Golfview and its wonderful staff!"
