« When I booked property it said 3 bedroom house. Instead it is a small motel and they gave us 3 out of 4 rooms and 2 of those had twin beds even though advertised as king. We made it work. It was the only pet friendly option we could find. Also, I booked through Expedia but was forced to download VRBO app to communicate. The map location sent us to the town square and we had to make an international call to get ahold of property owner via VRBO. She was very responsive and drove us to the location...

« The studio was right in the middle of town which made it convenient for groceries and orientation. The bed was firm and sheets clean. Coffee and sugar were supplied. Room for our car in a carport, and no worries about damage or theft. People of San Carlos were very friendly and helpful. Our hostess, Neyma Rivas, was gracious. A few things could be fixed: the shower had too little water pressure and was not warm enough. A couple more place settings would have made eating there more enjoyable....

Technology in the condo was advanced (i.e. smart tv's, can pair other devices, new stove, large refrigerator, separate frig for wine and other drinks, washer and dryer in unit and thank goodness there was a dishwasher, tv apps available to use (i.e. amazon prime). Infinity pool with great jets, and the premises was clean and well-manicured. The common areas had a modern hobo decor. And of course, we loved that the elevator opened right...

« I feel like the listing really undersells the property. It was amazing for our group of seven. There is a main house with a couple of bedrooms and bathrooms and a kitchen - and then there are two separate, private casitas - each with kitchenettes and bathrooms. This is a well-thought-out place, and well cared for. The caretakers Carmen and Manuel are amazing and responsive. 5-stars. »

« We could tell as we drove down the Royal Palm lined driveway that we were in for a treat. The casita is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, the WiFi quick and it was lovely to hear the waves crashing on the distant beach. The location is convenient to all one could need. Pam, the homeowner, was a wealth of information. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return. »

« Brian and Lisa are great hosts. Helpful and communicative. The house is so nice and they keep making it better. It’s a quiet area outside of town but close enough to zip in for dinner or provisions. Fishing nearby and everything you need for a higher end Baja adventure. Love it, we will be back »

Compte tenu du mauvais état des autres chambres lus avons décide pour un autre hôtel. Le propriétaire étais d’accord de nous rembourser la nuitée mais Hôtel.com nous a jamais remboursé. Ce n’est pas le pire hôtel à Puerto San Carlos mais nous ne pouvons pas le recommander. »
