Welcome to our lovely family home in Commequiers, with its modern decor, garden and domed swimming pool (unheated).

Enjoy your stay in Commequiers, 15 km from Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, and 9 km from the beaches of St Hilaire de Riez. Commequiers is a small village famous for its castle and its 14-km bike-rail course.

This single-storey 85m² apartment can accommodate up to 7 people, and has a garden for fine weather.

Located in a quiet, residential area, this property is ideal for family vacations:
- Outdoor domed swimming pool (unheated, open from May to September, dates subject to change due to independent factors)

Bed and bath linen are not included in the booking price. However, we do offer hotel-quality linen for hire.

🔹 A master bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160), closet, bedside tables
🔹 A second bedroom with a double bed (140) and a desk with chair
🔹 A third bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out bed, as well as two desks with chairs
🔹 A shower room with shower, basin, storage units, towel dryer and WC
🔹 A laundry room in the garage with tumble dryer, tancarville, iron and ironing board, umbrella bed with mattress
🔹 Independent WC (toilet reducer, potty for child, high chair).

Outdoor area:
🔹 Enclosed garden with lovely terrace: deckchairs, barbecue, outdoor table, parasol
🔹 A swimming pool with a dome that is removable (possibility to swim underneath, or remove it) and solar outdoor shower. The pool is heated naturally by the dome in summer.

PLEASE NOTE: We would like to point out to travelers that parties and soirées are strictly forbidden in order to respect the place and the neighboring dwelling.

For your parking, you will be able to park in front of the house as well as in the housing compound (2-3 vehicles can park).
