Welcome to The Botanical Suite, an enchanting botanical-themed apartment! Located in the heart of a historic neighborhood on Laurens Street, this charming apartment provides a retreat steps away from the university campus and Five Points. Experience the perfect blend of serenity and proximity to various attractions in this uniquely themed space!

This updated 1960s apartment is spacious, light, and airy. With a huge closet, full private balcony, and cozy king bed, this space is perfect for a getaway of any length. With curated vintage touches and color palette from the '60s and '70s to call back to the building's age, this recently renovated apartment is quirky and fun. Original details, like the patterned breeze block, hardwood floors, brass and wood sliding doors, and bedroom ballast were preserved to maintain the apartment's midcentury charm.

This neighborhood is very walkable to Five Points and USC. One parking space is available for guests. A bus stop is very close by.

Please note that this is a downstairs unit with shared walls and ceilings. This unit does not contain any laundry machines.

The HVAC system is a wall unit in the living room. There is not a vent in the bedroom. A plug-in fan is provided for your convenience.

There is a patch in the ceiling of the bathroom that is getting repaired soon.

The 'Rainbow Room' is located next door, ideal for those traveling with friends who require extra space and separation while maintaining excellent proximity to one another.

Please note that there are exterior cameras at the property monitoring the parking area and Laurens St.

There are 6 security cameras at various locations on the exterior of the building. They point towards the parking lot, front yard, trash area, woods behind the building, and the walkway in front of the building. They are all active.
Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints. This is a unit with a shared wall and floor. Each guest has the right to a peaceful stay. Please be mindful of all neighbors.

No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy is allowed at any time. If you have more than the maximum number of guests allowed at the property at any time you are subject to an additional fee of $50/person. You will be required to leave immediately, with no refund, if any events are taking place at our home.

No smoking inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $250 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.

We do charge a $99 pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the unit, you will be charged $250 for cleaning + any additional damages.

If the house is left in a state that requires additional cleaning, we will charge a fee via Airbnb's Resolution Center that covers our costs.

Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost of $50. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.

Pack n plays and highchairs are available for rent and must be requested through your boarding pass. These are first come, first serve. We will deliver them to the house prior to your stay, if requested ahead of time. We cannot guarantee same day delivery for any last minute requests but will have them delivered the next day.

If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you. Personal items will be kept for 2 weeks after your check-out. After that period, they will be disposed of. Please contact us immediately if you think you left something behind.
