- You must accept the request for a $70 pet cleaning fee for stays 3 nights and less
- Additional $15 for an extra dog
- 3+ nights the pet fee = $20/night/dog
- Limited to 2 dogs; 40 lbs max
- Pet to be up-to-date on vaccinations

- Must be house-trained/potty-trained
- Dogs are NOT allowed on FURNITURE
- No fenced yard for dog/s. Must be leashed on the property at all times
- Your dog/s must be with you at all times. Leaving your dog/s unattended (meaning not crated or kenneled) will result in vacating the premises
- You assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by your dog/s and agree to pay an additional amount shall this occur
- If excessive dog/s noise (barking) is disturbing to the neighbors, you must quiet the situation

Property Manager not great- tiny house good
Tiny house was great- overshadowed by lack of preparation. I had noted when I reserved the place that we would use all three beds and would need pillows and sheets for them. Two out of three were missing when we arrived. I told the property manager. Only one set of sheets was delivered. I informed them of this and kept asking for an update. The last set of sheets got delivered 24 hours late. No pillows were provided. The communication was frustrating because they seemed to not look at the message logs nor recall what was said.

Upstairs was difficult to get to for elderly people. Seating downstairs was not comfortable. Stools were very uncomfortable. Some cookware was worn out. Grill was in very poor condition. No trash bags, shampoo dispenser was empty. Host were quick to remedy issues.

It was a great experience to stay in this tiny home. It is ideally located to enjoy all the opportunities of Colorado Springs and beyond. The house had everything we needed and the management made sure we felt at home.

This was a great location to stay at in Woodland Park. Beautiful view,easy access to stores near by,and hosts are easy to get in touch with. The cabin is clean and has the basic essentials. I'd definitely stay here again
