Awesome raised 6-person patio hot-tub, stunning mountain views, pet friendly (pet fee applies), massive master bedroom suite with vaulted ceilings, views from every window, tons of space for large families or groups, and high-end amenities and toiletries. With a perfect location in Monument, Colorado, guests are away from all the hustle and bustle of The Springs or Denver, but just a short drive to either. Located approximately 15 minutes from the Air Force Academy.

This stunning house is surrounded by Colorado's majestic scenery. Mountains greet you as you step out of the Master Bedroom Suite to the attached patio. Relax and soak in the view in the outstanding 6-person hot tub and massive patio deck. Enjoy plenty of space with 6 bedrooms, 3 showers/bathrooms, a huge kitchen fully stocked with coffee and espresso bar, and all the pots and pans needed to cook a feast.

Guests can self-check-in using the automated door lock. The property has tons of space for additional vehicles, though we do ask guests to avoid parking on the grass/off the driveway.

Monument, Colorado is an awesome town nestled at the base of the front-range mountains, just North of Colorado Springs. This location is ideal for guests looking to spend time at the Air Force Academy, or to visit either Colorado Springs, Castle Rock, Denver, or Monument itself. Neighbors are widely spaced out and the area features a lot of beautiful open areas. A 3-minute drive from the property brings you to an awesome lake with outside recreation areas and absolutely stunning views.

Monument does not have a dedicated bus service near the house. Guests are encouraged to bring a vehicle. There is plenty of parking available at the property for multiple vehicles, though we do ask guests to try and park on the driveway, not the grass.
