The Space:
Welcome to our beautifully decorated and remodeled home in the heart of Colorado Springs, conveniently located near UCCS. Our home combines proximity to all amenities with the tranquility of a safe and peaceful neighborhood. As you approach, we've ensured every detail caters to your comfort, including a wheelchair-accessible ramp and stroller-friendly entry. The entire main floor has been designed for wheelchair accessibility, with widened hallways and doorways.

Guest Access:
🔑You will have access to the entire house, front yard, back yard, and all the amenities during your stay including the washer and dryer! The only thing not available/accessible is the garage.

☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.

🛀 Hot Tub Notice: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub to ensure it is clean and sanitary for all our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at very cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°. The hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, reaching 102° later in the evening if drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.
