« I have an annual golf tournament at Sapelo Hammock. Always stayed at a friend’s condo on the course but he sold it. Not many options in Townsend that fit our needs so very happy I found this place and will short list it for next year. Scott was very responsive and quick to reply. Short drive to Sapelo Hammock. No issues with neighborhood or neighbors. Great experience all the way around. »

« Great stay while fishing Shellman Bluff. Dock was excellent and very close to public ramp so it made things much easier to come and go as we pleased. House had plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and full kitchen. Plenty of parking space outside which was nice with boat and trailer. Netted bait shrimp right off dock so this set up made for a great fishing weekend.
