We found it a bit tight for 4 people (2 adults, 2 teens), as there is only a couch and 3 stools for sitting. Ok for a short stay. Note there is no dishwasher. »

« This was a wonderful property to stay in during our visit to Silver Star Bike Park and around Vernon BC. The house has everything we needed including secure and ample storage for our bikes and gear. The location was a short bike/walk to the main village and really convenient. The neighborhood was very quiet during our stay. The hot tub was a bonus after a long day of riding bikes. « Great layout, awesome view, excellent proximity to skiing and town. We appreciated the xmas decorations for our holiday stay, and weirdly I have to give kudos for the three boxes of kleenex in the living room - totally necessary for a winter stay. Lindsay with property management was super responsive to our few issues. Cooked 4 dinners for 8 and only wished for one Pyrex 13'x 9' casserole dish. Would stay here every time if there was one King bed in the house! »

« We’re enjoyed our Thanksgiving break. Great location to allow ski in/out (both Nordic and alpine). A lot of space inside house to feel it comfortable. Some bedrooms are lacking space for storage but that’s fine. House is fully equipped with kitchen appliances. I liked a big wardrobe room for ski stuff. »

« We had a great stay. Loved all the different spaces in the house. Each family had a large room to themselves and most had ensuites. The basement felt like its own little suite and was nice and cool. Plus the house was literally next to the village which was really nice. Would rent again. »

« This home easily accommodated our large group (ages 21-85) very comfortably. So wonderful to have an adjoining bathroom for each bedroom and an additional bathroom for the hot tub crowd. We also found the home to be very sound insulated. Kitchen well equipped, plenty of towels and bedding. Parking perfect. »

« Amazing getaway for families and anyone wanting to find some peace, quiet and rejuvenation. Barbara and Joe are amazing hosts and keep the cabins and property in top condition. Honestly, we didn't see anyone most of our trip, there is a lot of space between cabins to give that feeling of remote wilderness whilst having creature comforts. Lots to do on the property including hikes, fishing and visiting the animals. Lots to do around the area too and relatively easy access. I highly recommend it....

« Hodges lake house was the perfect space for our family of 10. There was plenty of space and great bedrooms and main floor common area. Kids, grandparents, adults and dog all had a great time enjoying the hot tub, fire, patio and kitchen. Kitchen was stocked incredibly well and we made for great meals together. If you are in the area, highly recommend visiting the Kangaroo farm and Davidson orchard in Vernon. »
