Independent apartment with shared garden located in Rua de Sobre Ribas, in the middle of UNESCO, between the university university and downtown. In an apartment complex, from n. 2 to n. 12 of Rua de Sobre Ribas, totally renovated. With the exception of apartment 10B, all space is dedicated to accommodation and respective supports.
The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with small balcony, kitchen and a bathroom.
The room has a double bed or two single beds, and it is possible to have an extra bed for a third person (at an additional cost).
Bébé in cot without additional cost. Child up to 6 years can sleep in double bed at no additional cost.
It has heating. There is no air conditioning.
It has access to the Garden, which is developed in 3 levels, allowing different living areas.
There is a shared laundry room.
This apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The space very sunny and with great views to the University area and the Downtown.

Weergaloze ervaring
Ten eerste werden we snel en behulpzaam begroet toen we een beetje verdwaald waren met de auto. Eenmaal in het appartement waren we snel gewend, met name door de mooie, sfeervolle inrichting en de fijne ruimtes. Als toetje konden we ook nog snoepen van de heerlijke mandarijnendom in de tuin.

TWO DAYS IN COIMBRA
Property is as advertised and really fully equipped. This was the 8th apartment we rented during our tour of Spain/Portugal and the best equipped. It is also extremely well located for a ''walking visit'' of the university grounds as well as old Coimbra. Parking is available but a 10 min. walk up/down from the ''market parking''. Great place, which we highly recommend but one has to be able to handle up/down walking! Ginette & J.R from Canada

We absolutely love the place. It is large, clean, in a perfect location and the host was wonderful. They thought of many small things that make such a nice addition. It is a place you could easily stay for a week or even a month. It had a washer and dryer on the premises. Suggest you strongly follow the host suggestions for parking if you have a car. There is free parking by “The Tower” but do not drive down to it until you walk down first. We will definitely stay there again. The city is also excellent to explore.

The apartment was great and very well-equipped, and there was access to a lovely garden on three levels. The stand-out quality was the welcome and the exceptional hospital of the hosts, who went beyond what was necessary to be helpful, and even provided ingredients for a delicious breakfast and fresh bread each morning.
