Your Beachside Getaway 3BR Condo with Pool and Pier Access

NOTICE: The City of Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach are planning a beach restoration project that is tentatively expected to occur February 2025 - April 2025. They typically restore a small section of beach in phases and we are closely monitoring the project to be able to notify guests of schedule changes and nearest beach access as necessary. For more detailed information please reach out. We will provide any information we have at that time!

A stone's throw from the famous Cocoa Beach Pier, this 1500 square foot beachfront condo is the perfect place for your getaway. The condo has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a large open concept kitchen, dining room, living room with a queen sized air mattress for additional sleeping arrangements (not a sleeper sofa) and a balcony laid out over 2 levels (please note there are stairs inside of the unit).

It has been upgraded and includes a 52" LCD TV, porcelain tile throughout, renovated kitchen and comes with all of the linens, towels and beach supplies you and your family would ever need.

You can watch your kids in the large oceanfront heated pool or simply enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach and ocean all from your large private balcony. Cocoa Beach Club 206 is a perfect example of how you do not have to compromise on location and style - you can have it all!

Pet Policy: Maximum 2 pets (cats or dogs). No dangerous dog breeds are allowed.

One and Done
It definitely wouldn’t be on my places to stay again. Something in the condo got my allergies stirred up, which I’ve never had a problem with in Florida ever. By second morning I couldn’t be inside the condo cause my head would get so congested I would just sit outside so I could breathe. The pool hours close a half hour before sunset. So the guy at the property came out at 6pm kicking everyone out. The ocean view was under restoration which I get however it took away being able to just take the walk way to the beach. There were two ladies that watched the pool area like a hawk and would take any opportunity they could to tell a guest that they can’t do something. Such as a boy was walking out with a cup of coffee in a plastic cup with no lid to go talk to his dad, he just made it to the pool gate, a lady comes full blown running out to tell him he can’t have that in there with no lid. The “pool guy” publicly shamed 4 kids for breaking the rope, when one was just trying to get underneath it. For the first time in Florida, coming home was looking good.

Better than the pictures!
The condo was even better than the pictures. Loved the separation with living area downstairs and all bedrooms upstairs with large master bedroom that was separated from other two bedrooms. Great balcony with view of the ocean. Easy walk to the ocean and great pool with plenty of seating. We were actually there for Hurricane Milton, and Happy Palm Stays stayed in contact with us throughout making sure we were ok. Will book this one next visit for sure!!

Perfect for kids and pets!
The best!! Our condo unit was updated, clean, very spacious, and had all the amenities you could possibly need. It also included a washer/dryer in the unit, which was a vacation game-changer since we have small kiddos! The complex itself is incredibly well cared for, from the pool and everywhere else in between. If you are looking for a family-friendly, pet-friendly, AND quiet place to spend your vacation, this is it!

Overall very nice place to stay. Parking was a little difficult. Pool hours could have been stated in description. Pool was closed at 7:30 by most nights. Liked the showers coming from the beach.

Good Family Vacation
The property was great. Considering it’s a dog friendly beach condo, it was clean. Just steps to the beach making it ideal with small children. Not a hassle to go to the beach and then back up again when they loose interest. The pool being heated was a great surprise. A few more kitchen tools would have been helpful, but plenty of places to eat out and enough to make simple dinners. We went with our toddlers and my parents. My father is elderly and has some mobility issues, and could navigate the stairs just fine. So great having 2.5 baths. My only suggestion would be in the second bedroom, the bed frame was not attached to the head board. So every time you got in and out of bed, it rolled around a little and made a loud noise. Which probably stood out to us since we had littles that could wake easily. Over great place, tons of space.

Perfect Spot!
Steps away from beach access & a spacious unit with all we needed for a week's stay (including so much beach equipment/games in the storage closet)! Cocoa Beach Club was a perfect spot for our family beach trip & we could definitely see ourselves coming back! Host was communicative when necessary & self check-in was quick & easy! So much to do in the area. Would definitely recommend!

The property is as it is listed as. It’s very quaint. Some of the remodels I think could have had more money put toward them. Like new appliances? The condo was fine and is as described but a lot of tight areas that we were not expecting; like as soon as you come into the door. Some of the facets didn’t work well and there was indeed salt and pepper there. Another odd thing was after we got to the VRBO about 40 minutes in the housekeeper just walked in to bring kitchen towels. We were parked in the spot assigned.

We loved Cocoa Beach Club and enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo was right on the beach with a large pool and all amenities we could ask for. It was clean and spacious and well stocked with kitchen utensils, beach gear, linens, and towels. Our family of six (with two kids under 5) were comfortable. Zareh was super helpful and responsive to every question we had about the unit and the area. We would love to come back!

RELAXING, INVITING, I WANT TO LIVE HERE!!
We had a wonderful, relaxing and fun vacation thanks to VRBO! I live up north and have MS. I didn’t have much pain at all here…. I floated in the pool and worked on my joints in the water. My children and friends that came with us enjoyed their time immensely! We will be coming again next year for sure!

Upon arrival property was exactly as shown on VRBO. Simple, clean and not cluttered. Decor was very inviting and cozy. Location was perfect. Everything you need and more. Staff was exceptional. I want to express this with hopes that the owners read this. Unfortunately our vehicle battery went dead while we were at Ron Jon's :(. Thankfully a woman visiting the area brought my kids and I back to the condo. My husband was left behind hoping to call someone to get a new battery. I decided to call Zareh (property manager) and asked him for help, he was patient and kind and offered to call UBER for me. I ended up hanging up on him (sorry Zareh) because I went patrolling the property looking for assistance. I came across John and Brian (maintenance). We met them on day 1 because I thought there was something wrong with the AC. John was so kind as he could see I was upset, he offered to drive (I begged) LOL me to my husband. He took us to the battery store to get the battery and drove us back to Ron Jons. He waited to make sure it worked. He could have said "NO" because he was working and he did not. Also as we were riding and headed over to get my husband, Zareh called John not knowing I was in the car with him and asked him to check up on me. NOW, that is customer personal service all around. Those are the qualities and service that you do not come around often especially at rental properties. They made our trip perfect, not our room, not the view but the service of the property STAFF.... Great vacation spot!
Loved in the morning drinking coffee on the beach. Kids loved the beach and the pool. Liked the quietness and not a lot of people so very relaxing from the fast paced environment. Would definitely be staying here again.

Everything and everyone was a positive experience. Only about an hour to all the Orlando attractions. The Kennedy Space Center was only 20 minutes. The beach was a 2 minute walk and the pool was excellent. Plenty to do right in Cocoa Beach. Overall a very pleasant and relaxing experience.

Gorgeous Family Condo
Would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to getaway. The property manager was super helpful and sweet. She would check in periodically to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything, which I found very nice and considerate. The condo itself was very clean and beds were super comfy. My family and I loved the fact that we did not have to walk far at all to the beach. You have your own private access and the pool is literally right out your door! The view is absolutely breathtaking! Will most definitely return!

Awesome place and great service. We are a family of 7 with kids ages 6-15 and we had a great week. The beaches are well kept. Lots of waves to play in. We rented some surf boards down the street and enjoyed the days body surfing, wave jumping, boogie boarding and surfing! Great for active families or those that just like to chill and enjoy some beautiful beaches. Good local restaurants and we had all the things we needed to cook some meals at home!
