Welcome to this charming coastal getaway with our 2nd floor beach oasis 2-bedroom 2-bath condo. This SPLIT LEVEL, 2 story condo is perfectly situated right next to the Cocoa Beach Pier! The interior is a modern coastal design. Our condo features two thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The master has a king bed, while the guest bedroom has two double beds. There is also a sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep 6! For those who love to cook, our kitchen is a chef's delight. It comes fully equipped with modern appliances and utensils, allowing you to prepare delicious meals after a day at the beach. Unwind in the stylish living room with a large smart TV and comfortable seating. Great location, excellent communication, property as expected
The communication from the property manager was superb- they checked in via email to make sure everything was ok more than once. There was a small wasp next on the porch and they handled it quickly. Ave was clean, ac worked well. Loved the keyless entry and very easy checkin. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of towels. Was very nice to have some basic supplies there already. Would definitely come back.

Great location!
This property is in a great location! Right next to the cocoa beach pier. Comfortable beds. Pool is great but could use some updated lounge chairs as many were broken. Easy access to the beach. This property could easily be a 5 star with some decorating and cosmetic updates. Great place to stay!
