« The experience overall was okay. the management reached out immediately when knocked. The best part was that the property was very close to the lake. However there were certain things that needed attention. Eg; the sofa had dogs white hair, the cushion looks like it was bitten by a dog, one of the kitchen cabinet was broken, the blind in the loft room was busted, dead spider on the blinds, the main bedroom bed was extremely squeaky. »

« Received good directions and prompt replies from the manager. We came on a hot weekend and one of the units didn’t have a portable A/C. One message to the manager resulted in workers bringing a couple of portable A/C’s and installing it through the window to cool the unit. The units are clean and the rooftop is great with BBQ, common table, sitting area, and a pool table - all with surrounding great views. The building is at a great location one block away from the lake. »
