"The customer service was beyond exceptional!!! We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels , this service was one of the best I’ve ever received! From the moment we arrived ( greeted by the concierge at the door ) then by the amazing customer service at the check in, we felt like royalty. Deane was the front desk supervisor , he was professional and so friendly! This hotel gets a 100/10!!!!! "
