« Overall, the house was great — very clean, lots of space, beautiful property. My 3 star review has to do with a couple of issues and a lack of responsiveness from the owner/property manager. « Stayed for only one night and wished it was longer. The condo was wonderful, clean and comfortable. Because we are early in June, we went off property to enjoy dinner at the Flying Bridge. The beach was wonderful, comfy chairs, soft sand. I can say you will not regret staying here. We will be back@ »

« Very clean and updated property! Conveniently located near the water. Comfortable place for us to rest and give my daughter/husband their space. Recommend this place and look forward to hopefully staying again. My only suggestion is to add dimmable lighting. We felt on stage in the living/kitchen area, bedroom. « We had a wonderful vacation in Regina's house. Everything is perfect. Communication with Regina is easy. Regina quickly helped us when we had questions or needs. The location of the house is a major asset. The beach is a 3 minute walk and the city center 10 minutes. You couldn't ask for a better trip to Falmouth. »

« You can see by the photos that the home is outdated. However, this home shouldn't even be rented. I rent homes on VBRO all the time and this is my first bad experience. The doors didn't shut, including the two bathrooms. The larger bathroom we tried to avoid. The toliet moved, you could rock back and forth on it if you wanted too. They put a chain lock on the back of the door to hold it shut. A screw in the light switch, to make the switch work. The door in the smaller bathroom didn't shut...

« Overall the house is nice. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. However, the basement, where 3 of the bedrooms are located, is very damp and musty. We pulled out the sofa bed and there were mice droppings all over the mattress. Although there was a large humidifier going on at all times (loud!) it's not enough. Those who slept in the basement did not enjoy the stay. That is why I couldn't give it more stars. »
