Incredible views from the rooftop, while taking a dip in the pool, gym washer and dryer, theater plus game room. Also it has a pool room. It has a different spots to chill and vibe or read a book . A great place all around. Minutes away from wrigley . Two block from Aragonballroom aslo two block from the logan threater. Minute away from the beach

Fabulous building!
Wonderful building and great location. Having the train station a 2 min walk away was amazing. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Mike was fast to respond to any inquiries.

The property itself was great!! The room was perfect for our stay! Loved the gym!! Took the kids to the pool and they loved it, but it definitely was not a heated pool. It was also unfortunate that getting into the property was a bit bumpy.. we were told the wrong apartment number. So things started off a bit rough.

Great location
The place is easy to just stay there, it is small. A full size bed, and a fold out couch would fit little people. Perfect for a couple, but not much more than that! It has a full kitchen, no ICE!! It says a great view, but it overlooks other condo/house roof tops and parking spots!! Very quiet! My 3 girls were seeing a concert at the Riviera theater & I felt completely safe around here!!!

Check in was easy, no problems getting in or out. it would helpful to note in the listing that paid parking is across the street, $32/day, no in & out. Not a terrible price. Parking is very limited in the neighborhood. Overall, the stay went well!

My boyfriend and I needed somewhere close to my family to stay for a bit. I grew up in this area so I know what to expect. It's safe, clean, and super convenient to everything. The host was responsive and personable. It's a concrete building so it gets a bit chilly in the winter. I will 💯 stay here again my next visit.

Uptown Chicago
We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The place was spacious for a studio if you can believe that. Everything was clean and tidy with plenty of room for our baggage. 2 closets made it easy for us to keep our stuff organized. The rooftop space with the pool was amazing and we enjoyed it several times as the sun set. Walking distance or a short train or ubur to many attractions. Would definitely try to stay again on our next trip to Chicago.

Great place + great host = amazing stay
We visited Chicago for a wedding and came across Mike's place. Communicating with him during the reservation process was really easy and it got better during our visit. Our flights arrived much earlier than check-in time and departed much later than check-out. Since the unit was not reserved before or after us, Mike was very gracious and let us use the studio outside of check-in/check-out times. This made our travel so much more relaxing. Also when we pointed out there was no iron in the unit, he had one delivered immediately so we could get ready for the wedding. In addition to his quick and attentive responses, I would like to say that the description of the place does not do justice to all the amenities that are included in the building. The roof lounge and pool are really relaxing. The gym is as well equipped as any and not busy at all. And the location is excellent. We could walk to the beach in a few minutes and there were some Divvy bikes right across the street. It was a real pleasure to stay at Mike's place.
