If you happen to forget any toiletries, no worries, we've got you covered! In the bathrooms you will find that we have provided extra shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is a washer and dryer in unit fully stocked with laundry detergent.

We have included pictures in the listing for your reference. Upon booking, we will provide you the code to access the Townhome, as well as the code to enter the unit.

Other things to note:

- Absolutely no smoking, no parties, and no pets. There is a $150 FINE for any type of evidence of smoking (marijuana, tobacco, hookah, etc). We define a party as any gathering of more than 7 people or a group of less than 7 people that are disturbing our neighbors. You will be asked to leave immediately if any of these rules are violated.
- All guests entering the home must be registered in the AirBnb reservation. No more than 7 people are allowed.
