Cozy house with beautiful view-peaceful
Fabulous communication from Brandon. So good I often wondered if he was a bot. :-) All reviews mention the cleanliness, view, etc being great and it's true. I want to mention other things that mattered to me. The pots and pans are ceramic, not toxic non stick, a rarity in most places, the water was good most days but for some reason a chlorine taste appeared suddenly. Everything was provided except of course groceries which were accessible from several stores, Publix, Ingles. My only complaint, and it was not a complete surprise, was the drive up the mountain. You really do need a proper vehicle to easily make it. A neighbor told us he posted the signs that said only 4 wheel drive vehicles. He came out to see if we were lost after hearing our wheels and tires coming up the gravel road. We have a 2024 Lexus TX which is a heavy AWD vehicle and we made it after I learned how to use the paddles to put it in first gear but it was a bit of a challenge. I wish Brandon had other properties elsewhere to rent because he is a wonderful host who thought of just about everything to make a stay very pleasant.

Great rental! Everything you could need!
I would highly recommended Brandon's cabin. This was by far the cleanest VRBO rental I have ever stayed in and was fully stocked with everything you could need. The drive up to the cabin was also much easier than expected and not an issue at all with Brandon's directions.

An unexpected week in Maggie Valley
We were looking for a last minute (dog friendly) place to stay in Maggie Valley due to a death in our family and came across Brandon's property. He was gracious to accommodate our need for check in late that evening, and to extend our stay a few more days than initially planned.The property is one of the cleanest, most well maintained homes we have stayed in. It is perched high on the mountain with a beautiful view and we spent our mornings and evenings on the deck overlooking Maggie Valley. A peaceful respite for us. I especially appreciated Brandon's encouraging directions for ascending Robin's Roost road :-)

UP in the clouds........:)
Mr. Brandon was not kidding and He was always a Virbo text message away.....making sure we were Okay. NOTE: Once you get on Robin Roost Rd....it's a scary *STEEP* mountain road all the way up to the Cabin, several tight left and right tight "switchback" curves, gravel portions, some pot holes and ruts in the road....and a lot of praying(Keep your vehicle in 1st gear and keep the forward momentum going at 20mph(We made it up several times with my 2012, 4dr, Rear Wheel powerful engine, Hyundai Genesis)....However.....YES....it would've been easier in a 4wh Drive vehicle and......NO....small compact car engine is strong enough>>>>>>BUT>>>>>>what is waiting for you at the top.....is MESMERISING!!! We stayed glued to Gods' BEAUTY that we cherished every minute out of the Big (2) large back sliding doors and the views from each downstairs sliding bedroom doors. We enjoyed the Hot Tub every night, cooked our meals in the open kitchen and (1) time on the gas grill. We spent our time sleeping, watching TV, playing card games and watching the Sunrise and Sunset....over the "smokey" mountains. We will return back!!! Great Weekend Away!
Really enjoyed our time! It rained most of the time, but we were still able to check out the nearby Soko falls and enjoyed watching the fog roll up the mountains. The house was clean, and the communication was great! The views were fantastic! I will note, we wondered how it would be driving up the mountian as we did not have 4WD, but it was all good. We made it up in our minivan without a problem.

Perfect Location in the Mountains
Great property! During our stay we visited the Smoky Mountains, Pisgah National Forest, and Balsam Mountain. This property is close to many great hikes. The property was clean! I enjoyed having access to a washing machine and dryer. The hot tub was also a plus after a long hike. During our stay, there were only two of us, but the space would definitely hold more people. The lay out of the house would allow for privacy if traveling with more people (balcony on each level). The views from all areas of the house made us feel like we were in the wilderness.

Book for the view!
Falcon Ridge is the perfect mountain getaway! The house has all the amenities you want for a getaway: hot tub, extremely comfortable beds, fireplace, well-appointed kitchen and an exquisite view. Brandon is a very responsive host and directions to the house were spot on. If you are looking for a house that will enhance your Maggie Valley experience, definitely book Falcon Ridge.

Amazing stay!
Brandon made sure everything was perfect for our anniversary trip. Excellent communication skills and accuracy in his listing enabled us to enjoy every aspect of our trip. Prettiest View in Maggie Valley😍
My wife and I love the Maggie Valley Waynesville area. We have been visiting here for over 30 years now. We decided to spend the week of Christmas here this year and began looking for a cabin with 3 must have aminitys a wood burning fireplace a hot tub and a beautiful view of Maggie Valley and this cabin met all of those. Of all the places we have stayed over the years this cabin has by far the best view of the Valley. Brandon’s description of the property was 100% spot on and booking, check in and check out was easy thanks to his clear directions. We were extremely satisfied with the Cabin and the whole process of booking and highly recomend staying here 😊

Heaven on Earth!!
My wife and I stay in mountain rental cabins 2-3 times per year. This was one of our favorite places so far. The location is very convenient to Maggie Valley / Waynesville while still being very private. The place was very clean and comfortable. Brandon was very accommodating and easy to deal with. The views from both decks and the hot tub were spectacular!! We will definitely be back.

Great Experience
My husband and I chose this property for our vacation, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The property was very clean and maintained, had everything that you could ask for while staying there. Brandon, the property manager was very friendly and attentive, he kept in constant contact with you to make sure that your stay was going well. Why the Total Package?...1stly, FANTASTIC VIEW. Falcons Ridge is an absolutely comfortable place...it stayed warm with very little heat, the wood burning fireplace (with blower!!) was so nice, especially after coming in from enjoying the views from the hot tub. It was nice to have good internet. Brandon assured us that we would get used to the drive up, and we did. The grand finale, the battery in our car died and Brandon was a life saver finding someone to come jump us off. The entire time my husband was communicating with Brandon, he repeatedly said "This guy is so nice." We will be returning.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights after dropping our youngest off at college and we loved the property and location. The view was so beautiful and we loved having the hot tub to return to in the evenings. Brandon was a great host and offered information on a local waterfall that we really enjoyed. Loved this home, enjoyed the hot tub on the deck every evening. Views were amazing. Home is secluded but still pretty close to town and activities. The road up was pretty easy to navigate, I have a Hyundai Tucson hybrid and was no problem. Would recommend this home!

We had a great time at Falcon Ridge. The house is perched on the side of a mountain with beautiful views from every room. I recommend the hot tub while the sun is setting then s’mores by the fire pit. Very easy to communicate with the owner. This house had every thing we needed for a great vacation in the mountains
