This home is located just two miles from historic downtown Chelan, home to boutique shops and eclectic eateries. It's also only 10 miles to the powder-laden slopes at Echo Valley Ski Area, and just beyond your doors sits a lovely park with a paved footpath and a kids' playground.

Well-appointed and cozy, this vacation condo is a home away from home with modern appliances, thoughtful decor, deluxe furniture, and comfortable seating. The living area contains a nice fireplace and a couch with an ottoman for warming toes by the fire. The living area's flatscreen SmartTV offers cable television, streaming services, and a DVD player.

Great condo, inaccurate listing
Unit #308 is great. Good lake view, everything works. The issue we had was with the listing that clearly stated there were 2 queen beds in the second bedroom, because there was only one when we arrived. One queen in master, one queen in second bedroom, and one queen Murphy in living room. We booked a condo with 4 queen beds but there were only 3. When we contacted local support we weren’t able to be moved and we were told “no refund will be approved” so our vacation started out differently than we had hoped. We made it work, but had to have brothers & sisters bunk up and they were not happy about it! It is a big deal when booking something 7 months in advance, and the listing is clearly inaccurate. That part could have been so much better. The other thing that we noted was there is no bbq which didn’t cause a huge problem, but it would have been nice to bbq on the deck during our stay. Something for the suggestion box. Also the parking garage is so tight, they need to open up the rest of the parking lot to renters of these units. So other than that, we had a great week and we loved the location. And if you’re looking for a 2 bedroom condo with 3 beds total, #308 is good.

The view from the unit was wonderful. The service of the local rep was tremendous…though, he shouldn’t have had to work so hard! However, there were so many unacceptable items…broken blinds, tables, not clean kitchen, uncomfortable couch (worn out), doors that didn’t close/latch, air in bathroom pipes which caused low water pressure…I would never recommend this unit to anyone!

We've been staying at the location for several years. This year was disappointing. While we like the location, the building is in need of repair. The unit furniture was damaged and we found dead gnats and ants.

Great stay if you can get into the place
Lovely stay except the check-in process was very disappointing. The codes we were given didn't work for the apt when we tried to check in after 4, think it must be a deterrence for those that want to check in early but it was very annoying. Even worse, when we arrived back home from a late nt out, the garage code didn't work and their customer service was of no help. The code for the elevator entrance never worked even though our vacasa contact kept saying they were working on it. We met other guests who had the same issues and saw others spending wasted time entering a string of +12 digits to enter the pool or stairs. The location and apt were great, had everything we needed and had been cleaned thoroughly. Kitchen items were well stocked. We appreciated the puzzles and games. The murphy bed was great but it's showing quite a bit of wear and tear with cracks and locking mechanism sometimes not working so hope that it gets repaired before someone hurts themselves.

Had a wonderful stay! Only issue we had was the back door lock wouldn’t latch and kept opening. Also the gas fireplace wouldn’t turn on. Other than that the place was great! We left early yesterday to beat the weather getting back. Will definitely be back again!

Nice property that needs a few touch-ups
This is the 2nd time we've stayed at these condos. It's a great value with close proximity to Slide Waters, the lake park, boat rentals, and downtown Chelan. The decor in this unit is nice and the Murphy bed is so convenient. In fact, the mattress on the Murphy bed was better than the one in the master bedroom. It's a roomy condo with plenty of space for our family of 4 (6 people, which is the max for this unit), could easily be accommodated. The A/C works great, the views to the lake are nice, plus having a washer/dryer in the unit was great. This unit also had a grill on the patio which was so convenient! Last but not least, the unit was also pretty clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries - kudos to the cleaning crew for a job well done. The only minor cons are easily remedied: need a few more kitchen supplies (pots/pans, bowls, baking sheets and kitchen towels) and the bathroom cabinets need checking. One of the main panels in the guest bathroom, between the cabinets, fell forward when one of the cabinets were opened. Luckily it didn't fall on anyone's foot. We were able to push it back in but would be good to check on this. Overall a good place to stay while in Chelan!

Good Place to Stay
PROS Overall this was a good place to stay. I would return. It was as advertised. Clean unit. Murphy bed was great. Bathrooms and kitchen are modern. TV's worked great. Good partial view of the lake. CONS This property needs more kitchen amenities. Bowls, utensils, wine opener, cutting board, etc.. I'm not sure why, but this property seems to have a lot of elevator issues. So if you cant walk stairs, you might want a ground level unit. We have stayed here 4 times. Elevator was broke twice.

Clean, organized, great view & location!
We absolutely loved our stay in this condo for our first trip to Chelan! Clean, well-organized and we loved the views of the lake and nearby swimming beach/park. We would highly recommend staying at this property! The pool/hottub were closed for maintenance for a week while we were there which was the only thing we would change. Loved the secure parking too!

Comfortable and relaxing
We enjoyed our stay here and were overall pleased with the condo. A few things could've been done to make it better--the kitchen was lacking some basic items (mixing bowls, salt, napkins), there weren't any extra blankets for the beds, and the place needed a good dusting. But, we definitely enjoyed ourselves and would stay here again. Lovely views, indoor pool and spa, quiet location.

Served our purpose and was worth it! We will stay again. Location was great for us.
The condo was clean and when we ran into the staff for the building they were friendly and helpful as much as they could be. One BIG complaint was the different passcode stop use between the garage, entry to the units and the condo unit itself. Other than that I will stay here again. Although there was no universal remote for the main tv but not a huge deal for us. The beds were probably the cheapest set out there but it beats sleeping in a hard floor!
