Updated Ranch in S. Charlotte Close to TOP GOLF!

Newly Renovated 3br Ranch by the new TOP GOLF Facility and Carowinds in a great Southwest Charlotte Location close the CLT Douglas Airport! Our home features 3 bedrooms, 1 Bath with Queen Beds in 2 rooms and 2 Twin Beds in the 3rd with a Convertible Sectional that turns into a Double Bed in the living room. There is a large back yard that is fully fenced and a large patio with a gas grill. The house is close to all major highways and plenty of activities and dining. Uptown Charlotte is roughly 20 minutes away depending on traffic. Pets may be considered.

Great deal, could just use some newer furniture
The house was a great deal, cute house, fenced in back yard. My only comment would be the furniture needs updated. There was not a single piece of comfortable furniture there and we did end up leaving at like 1 am the last night because we could not sleep on the extremely hard beds. Other than that we really did enjoy the house and weekend. :)

The House With Problems
The property needs new living furniture. The furniture was so shabby. Garbage can was full and flies all around. Bathe the entire three days in cold water, there was no hot water at all. The doors had bad odor also need to be replace.

Five of us met in Charlotte to visit the Billy Graham Library and our accommodations were great! Only thing we had to do was buy dishwasher soap, aluminum because there was none. No big deal as I brought it home. I would definitely book again!

Enjoyed our stay. Home was clean, good location and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay. Would recommend cushions for outdoor chars, stock more than 2 dinner plates, small dressers possibly or elevated surface in room with two beds for suitcases. Overall very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

My family stayed here for a few day trip to Carowinds. The location was excellent, only 10 min to the park. House was old but you can tell the owners put some thought into updating it and everything was very nice. They had a few games and activities in the living room, very thoughtful! The kitchen had a lot of utensils, soaps, and towels which was super helpful. One bathroom with four kids needing to all shower at the end of the day was brutal (we're spoiled at home) but the hot water was the bomb and never ran out. We need to get whatever heater they're using! The yard was huge, the kids and dogs had plenty of space to run around! The main gate doesn't close tight so if you have an escape artist you'll need to stay and supervise them. We would definitely stay again!

Super cute with a rustic feel
My husband, and I, along with our youngest son, and mother stayed at this super cute with a rustic feel 3 bedroom home for 4 days as we celebrated another son's graduation. The home was just what we needed for our stay in Charlotte. The host had bottled water, coffee creamer, tea, coffee and a Keurig waiting there for us. The home included an updated kitchen and an updated bathroom that were super cute. The beds were so comfortable. The host supplied towels and wash clothes along with the essentials for the kitchen and bathroom. The backyard was large enough for my husband and sons to throw a football and for me to film them. I personally loved the rustic feel of the living room. The host also supplied games, but we didn't get time to play any of them. Seems the host really takes pride in welcoming their guest. Perfect weekend!
My son had a tournament in Charlotte and we needed a small but comfortable place for 6 people! This house was perfect. We were able to hang out, play games and really enjoy being a family. The beds were AMAZING! The property owner was very communicative when I had questions. The location is absolutely perfect for quick access to everything. If we ever go back to Charlotte we will definitely be trying to stay here again.

A Perfect House for our Visit!
We had such a great experience at this house! It was very comfortable for our family of 7. The house exceptionally clean, you can tell the owners really care about taking care of their guests! There is a huge fenced-in backyard that the children loved! We loved it too, they could run around out there and get that extra energy out! The rooms are great and had everything we needed. The location is so convenient. This house is an absolute winner! A++++++!
