Situated just a mile away from the bustling Uptown business district, this property enjoys an idyllic location on Hermitage Court – an exclusive residential street amidst a serene park-like setting. Majestic stone gateways grace both ends of the street, presenting a grand entrance to the neighborhood, which was developed between 1913 and 1925.
A century later, the vast majority of houses retain their authentic architectural charm, and the street proudly stands as a designated historic district.

In 1905 John Nolen, a recent Harvard graduate with a master’s in landscape architecture, came to Charlotte to design Myers Park. Nolen’s professor and mentor at Harvard was Fredric Law Olmsted Jr., whose father had designed Central Park in New York and the Biltmore Estate for George Vanderbilt.
Nolen designed a progressive streetcar community where all residents could walk to the streetcar lines and visitors would be able to make a loop through the neighborhood and depart where the main street would join itself. Numerous parks were interspersed along the creeks and low-lying lands.
With its blend of elegance, natural beauty, and proximity to the city's finest offerings, Myers Park is an ideal choice for a refined and memorable experience.
