With a view of the swimming pool and the river below, outdoor space with tables and deck chairs, this small cottage is located on a hiking trail, hence absolute tranquility assured.
30 minutes from Futuroscope and 55 minutes from the new Center Parcs in Loudun, 1h30 from Puy du Fou and La Rochelle.

An exotic wood infrared sauna and a professional jacuzzi, a swimming pool heated from mid-May to the end of September (also depending on the weather) await you (at no extra charge) for your moments of relaxation and well-being.

Ideal for a couple alone or with a young child.
On 2 levels, the ground floor part consists of a kitchen area, a bathroom/WC, and upstairs, a mezzanine: living room/bedroom with television. A brand new and very comfortable trundle bed (2 places including a normal bed and a bed that folds up underneath to make a bench seat). These 2 beds can be joined to form a large 160*200 bed.
An extra bed for a child if needed (which can be put up or down).

Private courtyard and lawn with view of the swimming pool, the wellness center with the jacuzzi (accessible all day) and a hiking trail; pretty vegetation, a terrace area (20 m²) including garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and a lawn area (sun loungers + parasol)

A large outdoor area around the swimming pool, a solarium next to the jacuzzi, a small forest nearby, and a beautiful poplar grove by the river.

Leisure equipment (to be shared with the tenants of the 2nd gite): a private heated inground swimming pool of 50 m3 (new liner changed in May 2023), an infra-red sauna in exotic wood for 4 people with chromotherapy (new), a professional jacuzzi , a trampoline, swings and a hut with a slide.
Please note that the use of the equipment is free (within the limits of normal use), but is subject to hygiene and safety rules and to hours: 10 a.m. / 12:30 p.m. - 2 p.m. / 9:30 p.m. for the swimming pool and the sauna
// 10 a.m. - 11 p.m. for the jacuzzi.
In addition, all the equipment is to be shared with the tenants of another gite (there are 2 gites).

Ideally located for lovers of great and beautiful hikes, you can discover a varied landscape (river, many bridges or fords, watermills (2 watermills about 1 km from the cottage), farms (2 farms nearby with possibility of visits and purchase of local products), woods, forests, lake, pony club less than 1km away...).
On your request, I can accompany you on walks or hikes to help you discover our magnificent environment.
Our town is home to 3 castles, and our region is known for the wealth of its Romanesque churches.
A pretty chapel classified as a historic monument is to be visited 200 m from the cottage.

LITTLE REMINDER SO THAT THINGS ARE CLEAR AND ABOVE ALL, YOU ARE NOT DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR STAY
- Wi-Fi access during the day is sometimes quite limited; but 4G is relatively decent.
- The GSM network is quite average inside the small cottage but it depends on the day.
- Equipment: swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi are to be shared with the tenants of the other gite.
