« South Addition/ Cedar Alley was the perfect cozy cottage for my skit trip! The hosts offered my choice of breakfast items, including bread, peanut butter, K cups, milk and coffee creamer. They gave a little tour when I got there, and were so friendly and welcoming! The jet bathtub was also a nice bonus. The location is within 5 minutes of downtown and is plenty quiet. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and blankets. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Anchorage! »

« My wife and I came down from the valley to get away to the Alyeska Nordic Spa. I wanted something outside of Alyeska and found the Carriage house to be the perfect place! It was perfect to include the added hot tub. The house rules were clear and easily explained. The heated floors were a really nice touch as well. « We had a nice stay overnight. The cabin is nicely updated and had warm heaters in both bedrooms keeping it as cozy as you wanted it. The short walk to the inlet bay to see the sunrise was amazing! Highly recommend getting up early to view it. Thanks for the complimentary coffee/hot cocoa and tea in the cupboard! »

« The property was close to many amenities(good restaurants, coffee shop) a short walk away but the property itself was in a fairly run down part of town. I think a new coat of paint and some deep cleaning on the heating unit would really freshen the place up. There was a nice supply of kitchen essentials and the best quality paper towel and toilet paper. It was a very good price for what it was but we didn't love it. »

« It was close to Talkeetna and everything we needed. I felt like I was in a 4 star hotel and the bed was more comfortable than mine at home. Jana was very gracious and left water, beer and snacks in the fridge. The only thing we missed was a bigger coffee pot. Would recommend this cabin if you are staying in Talkeetna. »

« My wife and I stayed one night and as a hobby wood worker I can't say enough about what a pleasure it was to stay at Carriage House. The timber frame structure was beautiful, the custom cabinets and trim were impeccable, and the gazebo that housed the hot tub has to been seen to be appreciated. Ladies, if your man likes to work with wood this is a place they've got to see. »
