"We had a great week in this beach condo and on Captiva Is. Marcus was very responsive to any questions and timely in updates to ongoing repairs to the elevator for the building. It was finally completed just before arrival and the crew was still working on the 2300 building when we left. The condo is clean, simple, and has just enough cookware to make a couple of basic meals. We did make use of the vacuum for the inevitable sand being tracked in. "We did not actually get to stay at this rental due to hurricane Ian, but the hosts communicated so well with me leading up to the trip, answering all my questions promptly.
