The Villa is located in the magnificent bay of Cavalaire sur Mer (famous for its 5km of beach, 2nd dive site in France, large nautical station - sailing, kayak, paddle, pedal boats, jet ski, flyboard, ..., its gentle way of life a few minutes from St. Tropez and the mythical beaches of Pampelonne),

Please note:
A deposit of 1500€ will be required on arrival (cheque or cash).
OPTIONAL : Hiring of towels (15€ / person) and sheets (20€/person)

The villa welcomes you up to 8 persons with hill view, sea view, flat and closed ground planted with palm trees, laurels, canes, .... Not overlooked.
the Villa is composed of :
on the ground floor: Living room, living room, master bedroom with its bathroom and shower, laundry room and separate toilet
on the first floor : 3 bedrooms ( 2 double beds and 2 twins), 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, 1 separate WC
outside: covered terrace (with table and chairs) overlooking the heated pool* from March to October, its beaches and pool house (BBQ area and outdoor living room), enclosed garden with trees not overlooked 1000m2

From sunrise to sunset, whether you are tanning or cool, you will find your place: swimming pool, deckchair, outdoor living room, terrace ...
In high season the free shuttle bus (stop 30m away) will take you to the town centre (1.7km) and the beaches of the bay while your car will rest in the shade of a palm tree in the garden.

Excellent stay and great host
Olivier was extremely helpful and a great host. He was there on arrival and everything we needed from the villa was there. A short walk to a local campsite where we could get bits and pieces and a longer walk straight down to the coast. We were given assistance with bus timetables and finding our way round as well as reccomendations on where to eat and booking resturants for us. L'ancre Blue was amazing especially for sea food.

Nous avons passé 15 jours à Cavalaire dans la Villa l'Or en Jade. Très belle maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût où il fait bon vivre.le jardin et la piscine sont sublimes, et les apéros dans le salon marocain agréable. Olivier et Caroline ont fait de cette jolie maison un endroit chaleureux. Nous avons été très bien reçus.Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Perfekte Urlaubslokation; Entspannung pur
Wir haben ein sehr schönes Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung angetroffen. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und war für Fragen im Vorfeld und auch während des Aufenthaltes immer erreichbar. Die Lage ist ruhig und die Entfernung zum Strand ist okay. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind genug vorhanden und die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten.

Très jolie villa située au calme, avec une très belle piscine chauffée et une très agréable terrasse équipée d'un bbq électrique efficace. Intéressante possibilité de garer 2 voitures dans l'enceinte de la propriété sécurisée par un portail électrique. Air conditionné performant et cuisine bien équipée avec frigo américain. Plusieurs belles plages accessibles en 5 minutes de voiture. Et merci à Olivier pour le cadeau de bienvenue Bref, un très agréable séjour en famille.

La villa est très agréable à vivre grâce à la très grande pièce à vivre qui donne directement sur la terrasse et la piscine. Le patio pour prendre l’apéritif est très joli. Les chambres sont très confortable et il ne manque aucun équipement. Enfin, la décoration a l’esprit calme et reposant contribue à se sentier comme chez choix. Un grand merci à olivier pour ses conseils de visite et de restauration que nous avons suivi avec confiance et apprécie.

Underbar villa
Fantastisk villa med fin inredning och allt man behöver ha under en semester. Rummen är mysiga och huset är fräscht med många olika platser att sitta på. Aircondition i sovrummen var mycket bra. Härliga omgivningar, fin by och värden tipsade oss om olika, väldigt fina stränder och restauranger i närheten. Lugnt område med en trevlig campingrestaurang alldeles i närheten med utsikt över havet. Återkommer väldigt gärna igen!

Very comfortable villa in a quiet neighborhood
We spent our autum family holiday at Olivier's villa in Cavalaire and had a great time. We were 3 adults and 1 child and the house was perfect for us, everyone had his own bedroom. The villa is situated in a very quiet neighborhood above Cavalaire with nice views. The pool and the garden are maintained very well and we appreciated that the pool was still heated. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need if you would like to cook meals instead of going out. The upstair rooms and beds are small but very comfortable. The beautiful beach of Cavalaire can be reached within 5-8 minutes by car. Olivier was a very good host, he has always responded immediately to emails or messages and he welcomed us with 3 bottles of wine. Many thanks Olivier, we will be back!

Wir, eine Familie mit 3 Kindern haben zwei schöne Wochen in der Villa verbracht. Es ist sehr schön gelegen und man kann gut zu Fuß nach Cavaliere sur mer gehen. Die Villa ist schön eingerichtet , sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Vor allem der Pool hat es den Kindern angetan und wir sind gerne geschwommen.

Sehr hübsche Villa, gut gelegen, sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter
Gleich vom ersten Moment haben wir uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und perfekt zurecht gemacht, die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns alles kurz erklärt auch wenn wir mal eine Frage hatten war er über Handy immer erreichbar und hat uns auch nach einem Sturm von sich aus mit Informationen beliefert. Dies haben wir geschätzt. Für uns, eine fünfköpfige Familie war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Vielen Dank.

Sehr schöne Villa in guter Lage!
Die Villa befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist ebenso sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Meer ist nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Ferienvilla, die wie sehr gerne weiterempfehlen. Wir waren dort mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 kleinen Kindern und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wohlfühlen von der ersten Minute!
Wir haben mit vier Erwachsenen und vier Kindern zwei sehr schöne und entspannte Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Durch die liebevolle Dekoration fühlt man sich sofort wie zuhause! Zudem hat uns Olivier sehr herzlich empfangen und war bei jedem Problem sofort zur Stelle. Das warme Schwimmbad und der gemütliche Pool-und Grill-Bereich in absolut ruhiger und ungestörter Lage haben uns viele fröhliche und gemütliche Stunden gebracht. @Olivier: On a vraiment passé un temps super dans votre maison! Merci pour tout et à la prochaine!

Un lieu de vacances privilégié
Un grand merci à Olivier et Caroline pour leur accueil chaleureux; la villa est largement à la hauteur des photos, bien équipée et parfaitement décorée. Avec un bébé (et même sans d'ailleurs!), la piscine chauffée est un vrai plus pour profiter au maximum de l'endroit, vue partielle sur la mer d'un côté et les collines verdoyantes de l'autre. Très au calme, la villa reste cependant proche du petit centre de Cavalaire (6 mn en voiture), je recommande également l'excellente paella de Philippe qui nous aura fait 2 repas :-) avec un rapport top qualité/prix vraiment imbattable! Aussi, les pizzas du restaurant (du camping) à 50 mètres sont délicieuses pour se régaler sans s'embêter. Enfin, pour les prestations offertes par la villa ainsi que la qualité d'accueil des (chanceux) propriétaires, je recommande à 100%! En espérant y passer encore de bons moments l'année prochaine :-)

Sehr hübsche Villa in ruhiger Lage
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Cavalaire. Das Haus ist besonders geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist recht gut bestückt, alle notwendigen Geräte sind vorhanden. Der Pool war herrlich warm und Abends konnte man bei schöner Beleuchtung draußen sitzen. Es sind ausreichend Liegen am Pool vorhanden. Das Haus liegt in einer absolut ruhigen Umgebung. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und haben extra eine zweite Babyausstattung für unsere Zwillinge organisiert.
