"Great location! Amazing customer service!! They went above and beyond any place we've ever stayed at before. They met us at the train station to bring us to our room and when we were running late the next day they headed to the train station to help us get to where we needed to go on time. The room was very comfortable with a nice hot shower and good water pressure. Very impressed that they had recycling bins in the room. We highly recommend this hotel! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, using it as a base to explore the Cinque Terre. It was nice at the end of the day to be able to come back and relax in a quieter setting. We loved having the balconies where we could watch all the happenings in the area! The room was clean, had a kitchen that even had a dishwasher! Housekeeping came in daily and made the bed and freshened things up, that was an added bonus! "

"The location of this hotel is very convenient to the train station, restaurants and some shopping. The instructions to check in were very easy to understand and follow. The main doors into the building were amazing. When we walked through the courtyard, it felt a little sketchy… kind of worn down and in disrepair.
