A paradise for boating, water-skiing, fishing, and golfing. Near Knoxville and proximity to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, offering a wide variety of vacation attractions. We pride ourselves to have one of the best equipped and maintained rental homes on the lake. We constantly maintain and upgrade the home to keep it in the condition you expect when you arrive. See our website for a virtual tour. Location: Waterfront in a cove, makes it a safe and relaxing place to spend time on the water. Deck: Overlooking the lake and dock, relax as the sunsets. Hot Tub: For six, with an exceptional view. Fire Pit: Sits 20 overlooking the water. Cozy up to this gas fire pit and create memories with your family and friends. Stainless Steel Gas Grill: Professional, oversized and attached to house natural gas, so there is no need for messing with propane tanks on your vacation or running out. Modern Kitchen: Includes large refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, additional commercial ice maker produces approximately 100 pounds per day. A second under counter refrigerator just for beverages. All cooking items and place settings for over 20 people. Downdraft cook top, oven, microwave, and central preparation island, makes it easy to prepare for multiple families. Pantry Room: A very large room dedicated as a pantry has plenty of room to store all of your food, coolers, beverages, and extra gear. Central Stereo System: Each room has it’s own volume control. Includes a CD player and tape deck so you can enjoy your favorite music anywhere in the house. Great Rooms: Two separate rooms both with TV and VCR. Both include a card table and chairs, couch and comfortable side chairs. The lower great room also has a pool table. One of the great rooms has a gas fireplace. Walkway: A paved walkway from the house to the dock. No steps to climb. Dock: The boat dock has docking for three to four boats and a float for a jet-ski and plenty of other room for other toys to tie up. It has a roof over the walkway and one of the boat slips. Permanent bumpers assist in keeping you boat looking good. A large area for sun bathing and ladder for swimming along with two picnic benches that are covered makes it easy to spend the entire day down at the dock. Game Room: The game room with a pool table, wii, xbox, xbox 360 and board games will keep the family busy in the evenings or on a rainy day. Boat Rentals: Springs Dock is close to Deerfield Resort and offer pontoons, ski boats, fishing boats or wave runners for rent: 5 minutes driving / 2 minutes by boat. Oasis rentals will deliver their boats to the house for you. Fishing Licenses: Licenses are NOT available at the marinas, but can be purchased in town at Walmart or by calling 888-814-8972. Golf Course: The Greens at Deerfield offers a beautiful 6800-yard championship course designed by Bobby Clampett. The course also features a driving range and practice greens. The Golf Shop offers a full service pro shop with a wide array of clubs, accessories and apparel. The Czarnecky home is beautiful and a great location in a quiet cove. We bring a boat and 3 jet skis so we spend most of our time at the dock and in the water. The dock was perfect for all of us fishing and having fun. We did rent a golf cart to take coolers and thing to and from the dock because while there are no steps, it is a steep hill (but doable without a golf cart too). We stayed over MDW with our friends and children, and had a truly wonderful time!the home was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the access for the kids to swim right off the dock as well as make amores at night in the fire pit. They absolutely loved it!The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Definitely figure that out before traveling to the place. We had a maint guy show up almost everyday which was a little annoying. The maint guy was very friendly and inviting but we want to be left alone on vacation. We had issues with the stove not working, the dishwasher being moody, the grill has very inconsistent heat which was a pain.... but overall we had a nice trip..... the lake is to die for. ##### Steve O. We stayed in this beautiful home for 4 nights from 12/26/24-12/30/24\. From the moment we drove up we knew it would be great! The home is gorgeous and full of many great amenities. We are a large family with adults and children (5 months to 17 years). There are several spaces that we could hang out and play without feeling cramped. The bunk room was super helpful and housed 6 of our crew. They loved having their own space! There are also many entertainment options for all ages. The pool table was used often and the kids loved having a hot tub. It rained every day we were there but we still managed to find time for hanging out on the dock.One very helpful item were the gates on both sets of stairs. Having a 17 month old would have been a challenge without those. We also loved the huge pantry for food storage and a second fridge/freezer. The ice machine was great, too. We found everything we needed in the kitchen for food prep. Many great meals were enjoyed here!If you are looking for a great getaway with all the fun amenities, this is your place! Luckily this beautiful home had plenty of space and things to do. We played cards and games and pool. We had plenty of space to find a quiet nook to read and relax. The house has a back up generator that kicks in automatically, so I don't know if we lost power or not. The beds were comfortable and the views were beautiful, even with the rainy weather. Mr. Joe stayed in contact with me before during and after our trip. He made us feel so welcomed ensuring us he was there if we needed anything. His home is exactly how its advertised along with being extremely comforting. The view from his home is amazing whether it be day or night. My family and I were more than pleased.
