The perfect home away from home. Enjoy the "Ritz Carlton of Carlsbad" in this newer 3 bedroom / 2 bath home on your next trip to Carlsbad, NM. This home easily supports sleeping for 10 guests comfortably. You won't find a nicer home decorated so brilliantly and fun! We got arcade and retro games for the little and big kids too! 65" Flat screen with Youtube TV cable, 55" in the Master and 34" in the Bunk Room. This how features 2 King beds with duvet covers that get washed after each guest (most blankets don't get washed for 6 months of more). Also our Bunk room sleeps 4 and includes a SNES GAME CONSOLE with 500+ games. Stay in this newer house and enjoy the best place in Carlsbad.

Great home while staying in Carlsbad
The house was perfect for my group of friends who were in the area to hike Guadalupe Peak. Home was nice, clean, and well furnished for our needs. Check in/out process was easy and the communication with the host was excellent. I would rent again in the future. Thanks!

I'd stay there again.
I'd stay there again if I needed to be in Carlsbad. The house was clean and comfortable, and there was very easy access to the main drag in Carlsbad as well as the main highway leading back home.

The house was great. We mainly used it as a place to sleep while we went to Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mtns NPs. The street the house is on is busy, especially when the games are done at the park across the street.

Carlsbad Cavern Visit
Overall the property was fantastic. A couple small improvements would help though. The bedroom in the front of the house would benefit from blackout shades too keep the light from the streetlight across the street from lighting up the room all night. Also the bed has a very loud squeak that wakes you every time you rollover. These are just little things that certainly wouldn't stop me from staying at this property again. Check in and out went smooth and the host was very prompt in responding when we had questions. A great place to stay in Carlsbad.

CLOSE TO THE CAVERNS
Nicely appointed home. Well- maintained, with fully stocked kitchen. We had to buy ice, as the ice maker wasn't working, but no big deal. There are a couple of stores down the street. We visited Carlsbad Caverns NP, Guadalupe Mountains NP, White Sands NP, and Roswell. Nice central location. We enjoyed the fire pit several nights. In a neighborhood, but quiet. We enjoyed our stay!

My sister and i had a road trip through New Mexico. The property was clean, quiet, in a great location, and communications with the owner/manager were clear and helpful. We especially loved parking in the garage - so convenient! It was a very relaxing place after a busy day!! Thank you!!

Clean, matches listing, use of the garage is nice. It does need a new water heater. The water is very hard here, so heater is probably 2/3 full of hard water deposits. You'll only get 5 min of hot water, so shower fast.

We loved everything about this property! It was super clean, had all we needed and the location was perfect for going to Guadalupe Mountains and eating out. The host was very responsive and made everything easy. We’ll be coming back.

Carlsbad getaway
Great get away place for the family to enjoy the Caverns. Three really nice bedrooms and the couch has a pull out as well. We loved the outside dining area and used the grill for both lunch & dinner. The large dining area inside was great for playing games late at night while the younger kids had a great time playing on the arcade game.

We came to see the cavern. It was a bucket list trip the property was clean and very comfortable. I had some questions all were answered promptly and in a friendly manner. If we ever come back we will definitely want to stay there. Excellent experience.

While visiting Guadalupe Mountains and Carlsbad Caverns - this was our home base. Very comfortable and easy to find out way around town. Shower was wonderful, great sleep, and nicely decorated! We felt like kings relaxing on the patio - thank you to our host! An excellent place!

One of the best VRBO sites ever!
This property could not have been more perfect!! The home is absolutely beautiful and very well appointed. Beautiful decor. Everything has a space and the kitchen drawers and cabinets are even labeled with their contents. I loved the patio. I enjoyed coffee and wine on the patio. Quiet neighborhood. Home is great for visiting Carlsbad Caverns and Roswell. Loved the local restaurants. The Trinity Hotel was really cute and has great foid and local wine. The home was very clean. Everything sparkled upon our arrival. Plenty of towels and paper products for our stay. Property owners were very quick to respond to messages. I highly recommend this property. These owners truly understand what it takes to host a rental property. If we are ever in this area again, we will be booking this property!

The pictures of the property are great but seeing this house in person was awesome. Everything was easily accessible and comfortable. Its location in town made it quiet and easy to come and go. The neighbors are also very nice and noise levels are very minimal.

Brought my family here to go to the Carlsbad Caverns. We didn’t expect it to be such a great place to stay. My kids loved the arcade and the bunk beds. My wife and I were very impressed with how clean the property was and how comfortable the beds were. We didn’t have a use for the backyard but it does have a nice gazebo and is well shaded. One thing I will say is it’s next to a busy road and some of the cars were very loud. Other than that this was a beautiful house and a comfortable stay.

We were a party of 9, with 4 adults and 5 kids. It was clean, comfortable and the kids fought over who got to sleep on what bunk and with who. Beds are super comfy, same as the pillows. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever down in Carlsbad.

We had a great experience with this house and owner. The house was very clean, plenty of towels and space as well as very comfortable mattresses and pillows. It was great to come back to after a long day in the Guadalupe mountains! The kids loved the arcade as well! Quiet neighborhood and a straight shot off Lea street to Canal street and on to the mountains. We will be back!

Amazing Property
Wow! This VRBO was fantastic with all the extra touches. It was nicer than my home! It was the perfect location for hiking Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains. It was also very close to town with good restaurants (Rosy’s) and grocery stores. We were traveling with our two adult children and had plenty of room to spread out inside and outside. We ate breakfast each morning on the patio (as the temperatures were so warm compared to NY!). My husband and son enjoyed the arcade game. The property was spotless, modern, and very well-appointed. Brett was easy to reach and very helpful. I highly recommend this property. It’s probably one of the nicest VRBOs we’ve ever stayed in. Thanks for a great trip, Brett!
