The access to the beach is only a 5 min walk but a very steep one so good shoes recommended ! "We were made very welcome by the hosts. The flat was spotlessly clean and well-equipped to make the stay very comfortable. Great views and a short walk to the beach for our daily swims. Easy to make the short train trip in/out of St Ives, although 30 min the walk around the headland is also a must do. So I would say that you get all the benefits of the bustling St Ives but with the peace and calm of Carbis Bay to stay at. Thank you, we would love to return one day."

"We had a lovely stay in the property. We were warmly welcomed by the property owners and the house was a great size for our holiday base with all the necessary amenities. The kids liked seeing the chickens and horses each day and we liked the peace and quiet at night. It’s only a short walk to carbis bay but certainly better walking down than back up the hill. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend."

"We chose the Love Shack because of it’s proximity to the beach, it is literally a stones throw away! It’s a very cute place to stay and whilst it’s not show house standard you know what you’re getting if you read the description!It’s a good base for exploring Cornwalls delights and you can walk to Falmouth if you’re so inclined.
